way to bring the case of theweek that I'd been doing for
four years to a new audience.
And wow, I did not expect thewelcome that you gave me as a

we cover here to more than justcase law, because, while a case
law remains incrediblyimportant to how we advocate for
our clients, there are otherthings that impact how we can
best leverage ESI Technology,rules, processes and, of course,

of the V of a matter and fromthe bench.

I felt like we needed a newidentity for the podcast, so I
officially welcome you to theMeet and Confer podcast with
Kelly Twigger.
This podcast will be a bitdifferent than most in that I'm
breaking up the topics we coverinto segments.
The Case of the Week segmentwill continue as a part of this

Discovery of data from mobiledevices has blown up since the
pandemic, and there are so manycritical issues to cover there
