Dad & I interview Dr Kim Kilgariff, a long-time friend, acupuncturist, Ayurvedic practitioner and owner of Clear Health Centre up in beautiful Byron Bay, Australia.
I first met Kim at a business conference. After the event we all crowded the bar and, while the rest of us were chugging beers, Kim ordered a hot water with fresh lemon. When I asked him why this drink, he said that he felt dehydrated and wanted to get back into balance. This was an insight into who Kim is - very self-aware and not concerned at all with what others think.
Kim runs health retreats in Byron and currently helps couples archive optimum health and connection. In this episode he explains how to be the B.E.S.T version of yourself. You gain at least one important insight after this episode.
