Leaving her career as a BCBA, she took a leap of faith into the world of Entrepreneurship when she started Hearty & Free, LLC in December 2021.
Simone aims to empower people to take control over their health and happiness by using holistic practices along with applied behavior analysis techniques. As a health revolutionary, she emphasizes the importance of the body/mind/soul connection. Simone believes that all it takes to optimize the human experience is creating healthful habits and the willingness to dive deep into one’s behavior and thought patterns.
