A graduate from Warwick University, Sonali completed her Master’s in Business Management from Imperial College, London. She worked in the U.K for 2 years in finance before returning to India. Sonali joined her family business of manufacturing and selling outdoor cooling systems primarily focussing at building sales and the brand, however her passion for food and hospitality led her to join DIVA restaurants (part of RIGA FOODS) where she worked directly under Chef Ritu Dalmia overseeing all restaurant and catering operations globally. She worked with the Mecca of F&B for 3.5-4 years traveling the world and deepening her knowledge of flavours and food.
In search for a more entrepreneurial role, she found a perfect match with a start-up – InstaPizza (founded by Ashwin Jain in 2014) which currently has 16 micro kitchens & outlets spread across Delhi NCR & Punjab in India. As Co- founders, Ashwin & Sonali intend to make Instapizza the homegrown pizza brand for all Indian homes with creative products, industry-beating pricing, and a clear Indian voice.
