For years, I have been the type of business owner to put work first. Yes I've meditated etc, but my lifestyle has been work focused. The physical pain in my body however, became an undeniable wakeup call.

The relentless pursuit of business accomplishments started to wane in significance. Instead, a desire for genuine joy, authentic experiences, and a balanced lifestyle surged to the forefront. It was a deep, internal directive urging me to pivot from an all-consuming work-centric life to one that celebrates fun, spontaneity, and true well-being.
