Dr. John Jaquish recently stopped by the show to share his fitness invention, the American-made X3 Bar, and how it offers training that is superior to free weights and certainly cardio. He is a PhD who comes from the biomedical device field and used his own product to go from an overweight 40 year old to packing on lean mass using only variable resistance training.

We had a fun and varied conversation that covered marketing to illiterates in the fitness industry, working with Tony Robbins, getting trolled and banned, death threats, the food pyramid, living on gas station hot dogs, blue zones, the FDA, the collapse of California, and jumping through flaming hoops!
