I wasn't ready but here we are!

 Imagine us both experiencing uncomfortable changes in our mind and body while trying to figure out our identity and purpose in the world....this is the journey of puberty and perimenopause in the same household.

The journey of puberty and perimenopause has been challenging but also rewarding as we both create space for self-awareness and self-compassion through this journey and recognize that these transitions are stepping stones to our NEXT level in life.
