There is research out there looking at the effects of music on menopausal symptoms. In addition to yoga and acupuncture, music intervention can actually be beneficial to dampening the symptoms of menopause. But, I wanted to look at music from a different perspective.
What kind of music are you listening to these days?
Are you listening to music that speaks to the prior version of you or are you listening to music that elevates you to the woman you are becoming?
But before we get into the music, let's think about the active word here...listening.
Are you listening to your body?
Are you listening to what your heart wants in this season of your life?
Are you listening to God or whatever higher power that is your guide as you evolve?
In this episode, I discuss 3 songs that represent where I am in life right now and how I've settled into a place of acceptance as I continue to evolve.
