What’s up Gents and Welcome to the 3rd episode of the Men’s Empowerment Network Podcast.
I’m Joshua, the host of the podcast and a recovering nice guy. At 42 years old, I finally realized that playing the nice guy role wasn’t just creating aggravation and frustration in basically every aspect of my life but it was a borderline sickness that had to be dealt with and changed if I was going to create more self-fulfillment and satisfaction in my life.
Ever feel like you continuously get stepped on or pushed aside or taken advantage of in relationships, at work, in money matters? Guess what my friend, you might be a nice guy. It’s a character trait you’ve developed in hopes of getting the attention, the love and the respect you feel you deserve. But, guess what? This personality you’ve taken on will continue to leave you feeling and being disappointed and worthless.
Believe me, I get it. But it’s time to take a stand and make a change.
