Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello there, welcome to bonus episode three.
So you already have got threebonus episode one and two, where
you had to ask yourself thesequestions what is going on with
me?
With feeling words, of course, and also expressing what got you

(00:23):
, whatever those feelings were.
And then the second questionwhat do I want to do about it?
Especially with those automaticand intrusive thoughts.
But it was also good to it isalso good to be able to express

(00:46):
those thoughts so that you canask yourself the question what
would God want me to do?
How would God want me to feel?
How would God want me to react?
You know, because here we aregoing to the third question what
can I do about it?
What can I do about it?
What can I do about it?

(01:07):
Because this is where you focuson what you can control.
You can control your thoughts, you can control your feelings,
you can control your behavior, how, the way you react to things
, especially things that youcannot control.
This is where the part that I'mhoping you would get to, the

(01:29):
spiritual part of you, becausethis is the spiritual part where
I'm hoping you'll answer thesequestions, because we do have to
express ourselves spirituallyand psychologically.
There's no point in you justonly focusing on the spiritual
part and then leave out thepsychological part.

(01:50):
You know, that's who we areSpirit, soul and body Three
parts.
So this question is really aspiritual question.
The second question is mostly apsychological question what do
I want to do about it?
The first question is even apsychological problem, you know

(02:11):
question.
You know what's going on withme, because I really am hoping
that you will be able to writedown those things about what is
going on with you.
But here we are to the thirdquestion what can I do about it?
Now, if you find yourself onthis question, what can I do

(02:32):
about it, and it's stillintrusive, then, baby, you may
want to sign up for therapy, because this is a spiritual
question.
What can I do about it?
Especially when it is aboutsomething you cannot control,

(02:53):
something that you cannot doanything about, because at this
point the spiritual man, thatspiritual woman, has to rise up
and say okay, even though I'mhurting, even though I'm
frustrated, even though I cannotdo anything about this

(03:14):
situation, as bad as I want to,as bad as I want to do this, as
bad as I want to do X, y, z,this is what I'm going to end up
doing.
This is what I can do.
I'm going to have to give it tothe Lord.
I'm going to have to pray andsay God, help me.
I'm going to have to talk toJesus.

(03:37):
I'm going to have to have theHoly Spirit to bring all things
to my remembrance.
Oh, yes, lord, because it'sgetting to a point where I have
to be mindful of who I am in God.
Who I am in God, because, nomatter how you are feeling, no

(04:02):
matter what you are thinkingabout, you are still a man of
God.
You are still a woman of God.
If you are a believer, okay, you say you believe in Jesus
Christ, your Lord and Savior, and God is your Father and the
Holy Spirit is your comforter.

(04:23):
Woman of God, man of God.
On this question, what can I doabout it?
It should be spiritual answers,Spiritual answers, spiritual
answers, but also psychologicalanswers.
You can say, okay, I'm going toget a therapy appointment, or

(04:44):
I'm going to be mindful, fromthis day forward, of what's
going on with me, mindful of mythoughts, mindful of what I'm
feeling, so that I can be thewoman and the man that God
created me to be, because thisis what I desire to be.
I desire to do the will of theLord.

(05:06):
So, psychologically, you canput some answers on here.
It's good to have them, becauseyou are a three-part being, so
you want to have probably even athird option where you're
dealing with the body, becausethen, yeah, you can go and get
you a great exercise and you canalso get you some nutritious

(05:32):
food.
Yeah, I will admit, becausesometimes I do it, I go you some
nutritious food.
Yeah, I will admit, becausesometimes I do it, I go get some
comfort food.
You know, I make sure I don'toverdo it Because I do believe
in doing things in moderation.
So, of course, if that be thecase, feel, process your
thoughts, all right.

(05:53):
Process your thoughts, alright.
Process your feelings.
Sit down and do it, put it onpaper or have a conversation
with someone you trust, becauseit will help you.
It will help you to notinternalize what's going on with
you and you will not be sittingup here just loading and

(06:17):
packing all of these things intoyour heart and not dealing with
it.
You know Proverbs 4, 23,.
Guard your heart with diligence.
Okay, this is how you do it.
This is exactly how you do itby answering these questions.
Guard your heart with diligence, but out of it flows the issues

(06:42):
of life.
Life is happening, life goingto be life-y, no matter what.
But, baby, how I react to it isthe key.
How I react to it is the key.
I can either act a fool or Ican be the woman that God
created me to be, or I can beunhappy or I can be bitter.

(07:08):
You know it's your free will.
You do what you want to do, butas a man or a woman of God, you
do want to end up being aperson who is creating space for
peace, joy and love Amen.

(07:29):
So until the next bonus episode, I want you to be kind to
yourself as well as to others.
