Welcome to this weeks episode of Messy Buns and Shotguns, Where we'll take you on a journey through a rollercoaster of emotions and experiences.

First, we discuss our travels to Texas, visiting family and friends, the ACUI National Championship, food, and more. 

Next, we turn to a more serious note and discuss the devastating recent shooting that took place in Nashville, Tennessee. We share our opinions on the matter and some tips for parents, teachers, and/or students to protect themselves in school if a situation like this occurs.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families, friends, the nation, and anyone that has been affected by this horrific tragedy. If you or anyone you know is suffering with mental illness DO NOT hesitate to seek or ask for help!
