SWEEEEEEP. The Mets have a playoff spot for the first time all season after sweeping the Nationals and played a great series. Nimmo is officially all grown up and he went off this week. Lindor too, they’ve been cash atop the lineup. The starters also all pitched really well while the bullpen was still not great. We did make a trade though for Phil Maton and give our predictions for the Mets Trade Deadline.
So close to a great Mets weekend. Still good but we got high key embarrassed on Friday then won two great games before the strange decision to pull Christian Scott on Monday. We go deep into that call by Mendoza and all the turmoil right now in the Mets bullpen. Also, Brandon Nimmo and Francisco Lindor were snubbed from the All-Star Game and we are way too mad about it.

The boys had boots on the ground for the London Series to see the Mets split a 2 game series with the Phillies. Jose Alvarado is still a rat and blows a save in excellent fashion.
