While many enjoy using it, unregulated use of social media could have negative results such as addiction, anxiety, depression, isolation, and FOMO. Oliver, Mike, Ryan, Ethan, and Peter have a general conversation about unhealthy and healthy ways to use social media as well as the various effects it has on people's mental health.
