Miami Condo Correction Tours™ Unveils New Downtown - Worldcenter Excursion

This is a live video with Miami condo expert Peter Zalewski discussing the upcoming Miami Condo Correction Walking Tour™ of the Downtown and Worldcenter submarket of Greater Downtown Miami at 10 am Saturday, July 12, 2025.

The three-hour walking tour will travel about four miles at a moderate pace with stops along the way in the submarket defined as the Miami River north to the MacArthur Causeway, and Biscayne Bay west to Interstate 95.

The Miami Condo Correction Walking Tours™ explore a different South Florida neighborhood each trip, highlighting new, used and planned condo projects.

Zalewski calls it CraneSpotting.

During the rain-or-shine tours, Zalewski will teach you how to analyze condo projects to improve your chances of making an educated decision when buying, selling, financing or listing a unit in South Florida.

Besides the new tour of Downtown-Worldcenter submarket on July 12, 2025, Zalewski is also planning to host the following tours:

• Miami’s Edgewater-Midtown-Wynwood neighborhoods at 10 am Saturday, July 19, 2025;

• And Miami’s Brickell Avenue Area submarket at 10 am Saturday, July 26, 2025.
