MAC 1 Ghost 313
Many topics we go through in this episode. We start first with MAC 1 which is Miracle Alien Cookies for not the acronym. MAC 1 is a very popular strain right now and many breeders and growers are trying to grow it or at least cross the strain. Overall the MAC 1 by Ghost 313 was heavy and terpy, to say the least. Heavy smoke and effects but it also was tasty and smelled great due to the terp profile.
Michigan Sales
Michigan Sales have increased pretty much every month since it went to adult-use sales. They're now projecting us to surpass 1 Billion in Sales. The State of Michigan is becoming a leader in the Cannabis Industry between all states going legal. We are excited to see this growth and it will only continue as the industry is still in the infancy stages here in Michigan.
The House
The House of Representatives Democrats and Republicans came together on a Bipartisan issue and overwhelming support to pass the Safe Banking Act the other day. This is another step forward to making Cannabis a legitimate business and banking. Without this much legal businesses are forced to just be cash businesses, which isn't fair because they're paying taxes on everything but can't bank properly. Hopefully, the Senate will pass this initiative moving forward so the industry and continue its growth.
NFL
The NFL is not drug testing marijuana as hard as it was in the past. Before a couple failed a cannabis test they would suspend you for a year. This year the new CBA went into effect and they could smoke on 4/20 through the beginning of training camp. They can test you when they start but they also increased how much can be in your levels. It looks like they are taking a better approach on Cannabis now and its great to see another sport not punishing or testing as much for Cannabis. WE just now need other big businesses and companies to stop testing for jobs.
