Enrico Battistello è l’orticoltore responsabile di Entroterra, il progetto agricolo della cooperativa sociale Entropia. Enrico, assieme ai suoi colleghi e alle persone svantaggiate o diversamente abili incluse nel progetto, coltiva circa tre ettari di ortaggi a Santorso (VI) utilizzando tecniche del market gardening, dell’agricoltura biologica e dell’agricoltura organica e rigenerativa. In questa puntata abbiamo parlato di fertilità del terreno, di tecniche di pacciamatura, di collaborazione e condivisione, di gestione del lavoro in una cooperativa sociale agricola, e di molto altro ancora.
