L’ospite dell’episodio di oggi è Giorgio pace di Piccola Bottega Merenda, un piccolo negozio di prodotti alimentari di Roma. Ho deciso di intervistare Giorgio perché con la sua attività dà il suo contributo per la creazione di filiere alimentari che partono da scelte fatte al di fuori di logiche industriali. La sua è una realtà di riferimento per chi come me crede fortemente in un’agricoltura basata su relazioni dirette e rapporti di fiducia fra agricoltori e consumatori, e Giorgio fa da ponte per queste relazioni, portando i prodotti, e non solo, dalle campagne alla città. In questo episodio Giorgio ci ha parlato del rapporto che ha con i suoi fornitori (che sono agricoltori biologici, biodinamici e rigenerativi del Lazio e di tutta Italia), del suo nuovo progetto che lo sta portando a diventare parte integrante del processo produttivo di alcune aziende che lavorano con lui, e di moltissime altre cose.
