Myrtha Zierock lavora presso l'Azienda Agricola Foradori a Mezzolombardo (TN). Dopo anni di studio ed esperienze formative in agricoltura all'estero (una fra tutte l'esperienza pluriennale alla Ferme des Quatre-Temps di JM Fortier), Myrtha è da tre anni ritornata nell'azienda viticola di famiglia per sviluppare il suo progetto di orticoltura. In questo episodio Myrtha ci racconta del suo sistema di coltivazione, dei metodi di vendita diretta che utilizza, della sua esperienze di integrazione dell'attività orticola in un'azienda viticola già molto ben impostata, di come delega il lavoro, del Giàz, di cosa vuol dire fare la mamma in agricoltura, e di molto altro ancora.
