Hey there, amazing listeners! You might have noticed a little change around here—Life Repurposed has gotten a midlife upgrade! I’m here to give you a quick update on how that changes the podcast.

Yep, after 200 episodes, we've rebranded to Midlife Repurposed.

When I first started out, I was creating content for those who were about ten years behind me. But as time has marched on (and I’ve gracefully stepped into the fabulous 50s), I've realized that the person now coming up behind me is around 40. So, it only makes sense to tailor my content to what's relevant in this midlife chapter.

But don't worry if you're still rocking the 30s—there’s plenty of wisdom and laughs here for you too! After all, midlife is just around the corner, and it’s never too early to start thinking about how to repurpose it!

Here are some topics you might see in upcoming episodes:

* Pursuing new passions or reinventing your career.

* Staying active, healthy, and vibrant.

* Strengthening marriage relationships after the kids are grown.

* Finding community and connection in midlife with new friendships.

* Prioritizing your well-being, self-care, and mental health during midlife transitions.

* Exploring the world and finding new adventures.

* Decluttering and embracing a minimalist lifestyle or downsizing.

* Coping with grief and loss in midlife, whether it's losing parents or other loved ones.

* Navigating doubt and questioning long-held beliefs.

* Finding fresh and meaningful ways to connect with God.

* Considering the beliefs and values you want to pass on to the next generation.

When you subscribe to Midlife Repurposed on Substack, you’ll receive all the bonus blogs that go with the topics I cover on the podcast.

Thanks for sticking with me on this journey! I’m super excited about the upgrade!
