These are awesome passages thatyou'll want to remember.
These are 88 of my personalfavorite passages from the Bible
, my top 101 Bible verses.
The total list of verses is notin any particular order, but

(01:26):
the pairings for each episodeloosely tie together around a
theme, but each verse isindependently worth memorizing.
Contact Mighty Moment if you'dlike a copy of my best of the
best list.
In this episode we look atIsaiah 55.11, matthew 24.35, and
2 Peter 3.9.

(01:48):
God's Word is not like humanspeech—fragile, fickle or
forgotten.
Scripture declares that HisWord accomplishes what he
intends, endures beyond creationitself and reveals a patient
heart longing for all to come torepentance.
This episode, god's UnfailingWord, explores these truths in

(02:11):
depth, offering hope andencouragement for every believer
.
Number 65 in our list is Isaiah55, verse 11, the promise of
everlasting joy, reading fromthe New King James Version so
shall my word be that goes forthfrom my mouth.
It shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish what I

(02:34):
please and it shall prosper inthe thing for which I sent it.
In the New InternationalVersion it reads so is my word
that goes out of my mouth.
It shall not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I
desire and achieve the purposefor which I sent it.
And in the New AmericanStandard Version it reads so

(02:56):
will my word be which goes outof my mouth.
It will not return to me emptywithout accomplishing what I
desire and without succeeding inthe purpose for which I sent it
.
The Good News Bible reads soalso will be the word that I
speak.
It will not fail to do what Iplan for it.
It will do everything I send itto do.

(03:17):
The Passion Translation readsso also will be the word that I
speak.
It does not return to meunfulfilled.
My word performs my purpose andfulfills the mission I sent it
out to accomplish.
And lastly, in the Living Bible, so also is my word.
I send it out and it alwaysproduces fruit.

(03:41):
It shall accomplish all I wantit to and prosper everywhere I
send it.
The word of the Lord is powerfuland it always accomplishes
whatever it declares.
It is unstoppable.
We can depend on whatever theLord says.
If God says it, then we canbelieve it.

(04:03):
If God says it, then we canbelieve it.
It's going to happen.
No one or nothing can stop Godfrom doing what he will.
This truth has powerfulimplications.
That means that no enemy isstrong enough to stop God or
interrupt God, or no one ornothing can snatch us out of

(04:25):
God's hand.
We are secure and our destinyis secure, and we can depend on
the promises of God that theywill be a reality.
Imagine a letter sent with hopeacross a great distance.
The sender waits, trusting itwill reach its destination and
accomplish its purpose, perhapsreconciling a relationship or

(04:46):
delivering vital news.
God's Word is like that letter, but with a guarantee it never
gets lost, never fails todeliver and always brings about
what God intends.
It's not going to get lost inthe spam folder.
Our faith rests in thecertainty that God's Word will
never return empty.

(05:09):
I live in the desert.
When I lived out east I franklytook rain for granted.
Since it happened all the time.
But when we receive rain herein the desert, it's special.
Rain falling on parched land isa vivid picture of God's Word.
The water soaks in andtransforms the land.
The rain nourishes and restoresthe earth, enabling it to bring

(05:31):
forth vegetation.
God's Word nourishes our souls, enabling us to bear spiritual
fruit.
God's Word makes a differencein our lives.
Difference in our lives justlike rain in the desert.
Isaiah 55, 11 reminds us thatGod's Word is never powerless or

(05:53):
wasted, like rain that bringslife to the earth.
His promises and truthaccomplish what he desires.
We can trust that every word hespeaks will prosper in its
intended purpose, bringing hopeand transformation to all who
receive it.
Number 66 on our list is Matthew24, 35.

(06:14):
God's word endures when allelse fades.
Reading from the New King JamesVersion Heaven and earth will
pass away, but my words will byno means pass away.
The New International Versionreads Heaven and earth will pass
away, but my words will neverpass away.

(06:35):
The Passion Translation readsthe earth and sky will wear out
and fade away before one word Ispeak loses its power or fails
to accomplish my purpose.
The Message Version reads Skyand earth will wear out.
My words won't wear out.
The Living Bible reads Heavenand earth will disappear, but my

(06:59):
words remain forever.
And the Amplified Bible Heavenand earth, as now known, will
pass away, but my words will notpass away.
Old Faithful, a renowned geyserin Yellowstone National Park, is
celebrated for its remarkableconsistency, erupting every 44

(07:21):
to 118 minutes and shootingthousands of gallons of boiling
water over a hundred feet intothe air, a spectacle that has
drawn visitors for generationsand inspired its name.
It's been erupting faithfullyfor hundreds of years.
This dependable natural wonderoffers a vivid spiritual analogy

(07:43):
to Matthew 24, 35, where Jesusdeclares Heaven and earth will
pass away, but my words willnever pass away.
Just as Old Faithful'seruptions can be counted on,
regardless of who is watching orhow long one waits, so too is
God's Word unwavering andreliable, outlasting even the

(08:04):
seemingly permanent features ofthe world around us.
Old faithful's enduringregularity mirrors the eternal
faithfulness of Christ'spromises.
While the earth and even thegeyser itself may someday change
or cease, the words of Jesusremain steadfast, offering hope
and certainty.
In a world marked by change andimpermanence, you can depend

(08:30):
and rely on the Lord, like oldfaithful.
God will never let you down.
Imagine a lighthouse standingfirm against the relentless
waves and storms of the sea.
Though the ocean's tides riseand fall, the lighthouse remains
steadfast, guiding ships safelyto shore.

(08:50):
Similarly, in Matthew 24.35,jesus reminds us that God's Word
serves as an unwavering beaconin the ever-changing
circumstances of life.
Number 67 on our list is 2Peter 3.9, god's patient promise
and heart for all Reading fromthe New King James Version the

(09:13):
Lord is not slack concerning hispromise, as some count
slackness, but is longsufferingtoward us, not willing that any
should perish, but that allshould come to repentance.
The New International Versionreads the Lord is not slow in
keeping His promise, as someunderstand slowness.
Instead, he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish,

(09:38):
but everyone to come torepentance.
And the Good News Bible readsperspective the Lord is not late

(10:04):
with His promise to return assome measure lateness, but
rather His delay simply revealsHis loving patience toward you
because he does not want any toperish, but all to come to
repentance.
The Message Version reads Godisn't late with His promise as
some measure lateness.

(10:24):
He is restraining himself onaccount of you holding back the
end because he doesn't wantanyone lost.
He is giving everyone space andtime to change and lastly, the
Living Bible.
He isn't really being slowabout His promised return, even
though it sometimes seems thatway, but he is waiting for the

(10:47):
good reason that he is notwilling that any should perish
and he is giving more time forsinners to repent.
Have you been lied to?
It's hard to trust people whenyou've been lied to and let down
.
We live in a jaded society.
It's hard to trust people.
You can't take people at theirword.

(11:10):
Knowing motivations is veryimportant.
Have you ever stopped to askyourself the question of why God
got involved in saving mankindin the first place?
Did he have to?
Was someone forcing Him to?
He was compelled and motivatedout of one reason—love.
He wants everyone to be saved.
We're all his creation, we'reall his children.

(11:32):
He wants none to be lost.
Think about the most famousverse in the Bible, for God so
loved the world.
God has promised to come again, and soon and very soon this
will happen.
I am so looking forward to thatday.
I long for that day.
But as much as I want Jesus tocome and I don't like waiting, I

(11:56):
must graciously admit.
I must graciously admit I am soblessed and happy he waited for
me.
In conclusion, god's Word isunfailing.
Isaiah 55.11 assures us thatevery word God speaks is
purposeful and effective, neverreturning empty.
Matthew 24.35 reminds us thatwhile everything in this world

(12:20):
is temporary, god's Word enduresforever.
And 2 Peter 3.9 reveals God'spatient heart longing for all to
come to repentance and be saved.
Together.
These verses paint a picture ofa God whose promises are
certain, whose truths areeternal and whose love is

(12:41):
patient and redemptive.
In a world of uncertainty, wecan anchor our lives in the
unfailing Word of God, trustingthat he will accomplish His
purpose, that His truth willnever fade and that His heart is
always open to receive all whoturn to Him.
Friends, in our next episodeGod's Everlasting Love we will
