Speaker 1 (00:17):
Hey, I'm Lemon.
I am just like you, sisterfriend.
Talk about stepping into thatoverflow that God has for us by
becoming those ultimate Proverbs31 women.
Hey, I'm Lemon.
I am just like you, sisterfriend.
I knew God had something morein store for me, but I couldn't
see a way out of the laundrypiles and, frankly, I resented
that Proverbs 31 woman.
How was I going to live up tothe hype?
(00:39):
That is until I found out howto really step into becoming
this Proverbs 31 woman throughleadership development.
In this podcast you're going tofind financial freedom,
leadership, growth andmotivation so you'll be able to
do all the things God has calledyou to do with ease and really
step into that land of milk andhoney.
Welcome back to the Milk andHoney podcast.
(01:00):
I'm your host, lemon Price.
I just want to say Happy NewYear.
I hope you had an incredibleholiday season.
I wanted to take this episode toexplain why the solo episodes
have been a little absent.
So really honestly, sinceOctober I don't think I've
recorded a ton of solo content, and normally I do at least twice
(01:20):
a month.
There is a reason and I don'twant this to come off as an
excuse.
In October, I went to theActivate conference with Kingdom
Alliance, which was amazing.
I always love doing that andgoing to that.
This year was a very differentexperience for me.
I spoke on stage twice.
I had two slots and they werebig.
I explained the comp plan and Iannounced the publishing house,
(01:44):
a new book, like our first book, which went bestseller, and
also our author academy.
So I did all of that.
At the conference.
There was a hurricane coming.
I had to change my flight lastminute.
It was an experience Because wewere launching the book.
I spent a majority of thatconference working behind the
scenes making sure stuff for thebook launch was good,
communicating with the booklaunch team, working on social
(02:05):
media, taking screenshots ofeverything going on.
Working on the scenes, makingsure stuff for the book launch
was good, communicating with thebook launch team, working on
social media, taking screenshotsof everything going on, working
on the reviews.
I spent a majority of theconference training.
In between I met some reallyamazing, influential people and
we just kind of clicked rightaway.
It was such a good experience.
And Brandy Thomas she's been onthe podcast so many times but
(02:26):
she said to me I think you'reanointed in this way to make
conversation like to makeconnection like this.
And I was just like, okay, youknow, I do tend to.
I have this tendency to connectwith people that if I said
their name in certain circles, like people will be like, oh my
gosh, you know them.
And I'd be like, yeah, and it'snot to brag or to name drop or
(02:50):
anything like that, but it'sjust this like uncanny ability
that I have to get in the roomwith people and meet people and
connect with people.
And so I was talking to afriend of mine, sadie, and I
said is this even a thingsomebody can be anointed in?
Is this really a thing?
And she was like, yeah, ofcourse, like God can anoint you
(03:11):
in anything.
And so I really wanted to sitwith it and I was just like,
okay, god, you keep putting mein rooms and connecting me with
people and there's just a lot ofdivine connection happening in
my life.
What do you want me to do withthat?
It was probably like a week ortwo before Thanksgiving that I
said to Brandy Molly, who's beenon the podcast, and Michelle
(03:35):
Schaefer said to all three ofthem listen, I think this is an
area where God is calling me andhighlighting to me what he
wants me to do, where I'm gifted.
Could you intentionally be inprayer for that with me?
You don't have to tell me oranything, but could you pray
about that with me?
And of course, they all saidyes.
(03:56):
So I'm very intentionallypraying about it.
I'm like Lord, what do you wantme to do?
How do you want me to use this?
It feels like a gift.
How do you want me to use it?
Thanksgiving the Saturday afterThanksgiving, I'm always up
before my whole family, even ona weekend.
I can't sleep in.
I wake up when I'm having myalone time, I'm in prayer and
all of a sudden it hits me likea two by four.
(04:17):
I get a complete download fromthe Lord.
It's so weird.
There's certain things I cantalk about, certain things I
can't talk about.
I haven't even fully talked tomy husband about everything the
Lord told me yet.
What I got from him is that Ineeded to accept the new
schedule.
What I basically got from himis like I don't have to tell
(04:38):
people what he told me.
It'll be evident this year.
He told me and so I was like, okay, he's like I need you to
keep it close to the chat.
I need you to be incommunication with me, because I
don't want you to be influencedby outside expectation or
perception or doubt or anything.
Communicate with me on this, because I'm taking you somewhere
(04:59):
that only I can take you andtold me that I had been prepared
, that only I can take you andtold me that I had been prepared
and that if I had used theinfluence that I have and the
anointing that I have and thisgift like this gift I have
before in the way he wanted, itwould have been wasted because I
wasn't in the leadership rolethat I should have been.
(05:21):
I wasn't leading the way that Iwanted to be leading.
Yet I'm a very different personnow than I was two and a half
years ago, a better version ofthe person I was.
The way that I show up, the waythat I speak, the way that I
mentor, the way that I treatmyself is different.
The Lord gave me a completedownload of my schedule.
I need you to do this in themorning.
(05:41):
This is how I want you to spendtime with me.
This is where I want you to dothis in the morning.
This is how I want you to spendtime with me.
This is where I want you to putyour focus.
These are things I want you tolearn.
Here's what I want you toproduce this year.
Here's how I want you to leadyour team and showed me a very
big vision for my team that I'veonly shared with Michelle and
Molly, because they mentor me inthat capacity.
It makes me sick to my stomach, which is how I know it's from
(06:03):
the Lord.
It is going to be sochallenging and it makes me feel
sick to think about it.
And so I spent literally sixstraight weeks or whatever, but
at the time, like right afterThanksgiving until the first
just preparing, changing myschedule, changing my morning
routine, my evening routine, like really pouring into myself,
(06:25):
and I kind of I kind ofretreated a little bit so that I
could have things in place forwhen the time came.
And it was so funny because itwas almost like the clock struck
midnight.
I'm so old now that I took anap at 1030 and woke up at 1150
so I could be awake at midnight.
So I wake up the next morningafter.
(06:46):
Literally I stayed awake forall of 15 minutes for midnight
so I could smooch my husband andthen go to sleep.
So I wake up to a friendrequest from somebody very
influential in my space and Iwas like oh, okay, we're here.
I also have a connection withsomebody whose podcast I would
(07:10):
love to be on.
I think that this person isincredible.
This is the fourth directconnection that I have to this
person.
This is a very intimate familyconnection that I have.
I was like okay, lord, I see you, I see the preparation.
It was almost like evidence ofwhat I told you is true, I know
(07:36):
you believe me, but now youreally have no reason to doubt
me, because here you go, like Itold you 2025, we were gonna do
things differently.
You've been prepared and youwere diligent in the preparation
, especially the last month.
And that's when I got from theLord.
It was like okay, I saw you,you took me seriously, you
didn't doubt it and you startedchanging things and implementing
(07:58):
things and making your lifelook and feel different.
And so here's your reward, likewe're ready to go, are you
ready to run with me?
And it was just such aconfirmation from the Lord.
I am not one to rely on aprophetic word or anything like
that.
If the Lord tells me something,I believe it and I'm like okay,
(08:20):
I trust you, we're in it to winit, let's go.
So, right after I get thisdownload from the Lord of what
my schedule needs to look likewhich I have stuff to do, by the
way, and I can talk a littlebit about what that looks like.
So I get this download and thenI hop on.
(08:40):
I get on this call with a couplefriend of mine and both of them
are very in tune with the Lord, they are definitely prophetic,
and so I'm on this call, which Iexpected to be maybe an hour.
It went for three, even justsome of my spiritual gifts
coming out during this call thatI've always been told I had,
(09:03):
but it felt confident in whichwas really interesting.
For the first time, it wasreally cool to see how, using my
gifting, spoke directly to somepeople on that call and I was
like, oh okay, god's like I seeyou again.
And so, before I get off thecall, they had a word for me.
Now, at this point, I hadn'ttold a single soul what the Lord
(09:29):
had told me yet, because it hadonly been maybe like a week or
two, so I hadn't told anybody.
I'm still processing it withthe Lord.
I'm like I hear you, I'm movingand grooving.
I'm here with you and he tellsme almost verbatim what the Lord
(09:51):
told me alone.
And he's like this is what theLord's telling me for you.
I was like, oh, it was reallyinteresting because it was the
things I had heard alone withthe Lord.
It was the confirmation and themotivation of where he wants to
take me, without necessarilythe specifics of the numbers and
(10:11):
the schedule and everything, but it was just the reminder of
like here's where I'm taking you.
Are you in it with me?
And I'm like, yep, I'm in itwith you.
And so the next night my friendMarlena, who's coming on the
podcast very soon, is doing aprophetic call.
And so I'm on with Marlena andshe's like listen, the Lord
downloaded something.
Like I'm doing this call totell you what the Lord
(10:31):
downloaded for me.
And she's like I know this isfor somebody.
And she starts speaking againand it is almost the same thing
again for me and I was like, okay, like I see you, like God,
I see you in this, I see whatyou're doing and where this is
going.
So I'm just going to give you alittle insight into what that
(10:53):
looks like.
For the last month or so, I'vecompletely changed my nighttime
routine because I think in orderto have a good morning routine,
you have to have a good nightroutine.
I'm going completely screenfree at nine o'clock and I have
like a whole skincare routinenow, which my husband commented
last night how incredibly smoothmy face is.
I'm using my Gua Sha to drainmy lymphatic system in my face
(11:15):
twice a day now, so I do that atnight.
I'm changing my hair careroutine, which looks incredible.
In only two weeks.
I'm changing up my nighttimeroutine.
I'm reading at night a physicalbook which I'm going to talk
about reading in a minute.
I bought a new sleep mask.
I have such a hard time fallingasleep because I'm so type A.
My brain is always thinkingabout what is next.
(11:36):
I have this blackout eye mask.
What I like about it is it'spuffy on the bottom, so it's not
sitting directly on my eyes.
It hovers around my eyes but itis completely blackout.
I've become obsessed with mysleep and how I'm sleeping, so I
also started using mouth tape.
That's been like a big thing.
If you want my rec on mouthtape, shoot me a message.
(11:58):
I thought it was like nuts.
I'm going to be really honest.
I track my sleep with my watch.
My sleep score is typically 60sto mid 70s.
I do not sleep well.
I sleep really lightly, I justdon't sleep well.
My mouth tape and my eye maskcame the same day.
I used them both.
The first night my sleep scoreshot up into the mid 80s and I
(12:18):
was like that's crazy.
My sleep score consistently hasbeen in the 90s.
I had a 95 sleep score theother day and for somebody who's
usually like in the 60s, that'sa big deal and I definitely
credit it to the mouth tape.
I always sleep with theBluetooth like mask on to help
me fall asleep.
(12:38):
I used it the other night justthe eye mask, not my mouth tape,
because I forgot to put it on.
My sleep score was back in the60s, so clearly using that is a
game changer for me.
It like forces you to breatheout of your nose.
Mine has a little hole in it soyou can still breathe through
your mouth, but you can't openyour mouth.
I haven't been grinding myteeth or clenching them when I
sleep.
I'm not doing that anymore.
(12:59):
I am not waking up with a sorethroat because I'm not
accidentally having my mouthopen while I'm sleeping.
So lots of perks.
I'm definitely sleeping better.
My watch I have quantifiabledata that says I'm sleeping
better and I feel it.
I'm definitely sleeping betterand so I am like really strict
at 945, because it takes theaverage person 14 minutes to
(13:20):
fall asleep.
So at 945, I put on like theAbide app or something to listen
to and my watch consistentlytells me that I'm asleep before
10.
So usually it takes like 10 to12 minutes for me to fall asleep
if I have that on, which isreally helpful.
So I'm going to bed at anexcellent time.
(13:40):
Then I've been getting up atabout five.
But it's really interestingbecause my sleep pattern is so
good.
I'm usually waking up like 4.45, which has been great.
I have a whole morning routine.
I remove the mouth tape first, but then I also made my alarm
morning affirmations.
So before my brain has even hada chance to wake up and connect
(14:03):
with anything, I'm hearingbiblical affirmations first
thing in the morning through myheadband, so that's really
helpful.
Mouth tape comes off.
I use ice to rub over my faceand it gets rid of the puffiness
, also wakes me up.
I'm down a half a cup of coffeea day, which is huge because I
used to drink three.
This has changed.
I know I mentioned this before,but I went to the Every Woman's
(14:26):
Marathon back in November, beginning of November, and I
loved it.
I love the energy.
I was like could I run amarathon?
I am not a runner.
I definitely have weight tolose.
There's no way I could trainfor a marathon.
I kept telling myself this lie,I can't train for a marathon.
And then the Lord was like yes,you can.
You can train for a marathonbecause I'm giving you a whole
new schedule and you're doingthings differently.
(14:47):
You're treating your bodydifferently.
So I was like, okay, I went tothe running store local to me.
I spent like literally 45minutes there getting fitted,
learning how I walk, talkingabout my gym routine, because
I've been going to Hot Works, which I'm obsessed with.
I love going there.
I get so much accomplished insuch a short time literally
(15:07):
obsessed.
So I was telling him all aboutmy cross training schedule and
what I'm taking, what I'm doing.
We went through all of it andso I've been training for a
marathon and I've beenconsistent for like a month,
getting up early, going running.
I was really proud of myselfbecause the first time I went
running I could barely run amile without wanting to kill
(15:29):
over and die.
And then, like two weeks in, Iran just short of two miles and
I was like, oh, we did it, we'redoing things.
I have a half marathon.
Registration doesn't open untilFebruary, but I'm going to
register for half marathon thattakes place in September and
then I'm going to do a full outhere in Hilton Head February of
2026.
(15:49):
So I've been training, whichI've learned a lot about
business.
Maybe, if you guys areinterested, I can tell you all
the business and leadershiplessons I've learned just
training for a marathon.
For a month I've been doingthings differently.
Because I've been doing thingsdifferently, I feel better.
I'm starting my day earlier,I'm getting way more
accomplished, I am leading myteam differently because I'm
showing up with a completelydifferent energy.
(16:10):
The Lord also told me this yearI was going to help five people
earn multiple six figures atKingdom Alliance and I'm
offering to mentor that persondaily.
So I'm just going to throw thatout there, if this is for you.
So I'm going to ask that youcommit to me for a year and
(16:30):
really be coachable for a yearif this is something you want to
do.
I already had two people takethat spot, two or three, I feel
like I have to double check thatthe one person's really in, so
I realistically might only havetwo left.
But daily mentorship so all youhave to do is join Kingdom
Alliance as a VIP, becausethere's leadership training,
there's speaker training, there's things that I'm going to
(16:52):
want you to do, but dailyaccountability I'm talking daily
check-in, monday to Friday.
Here's your next step.
Here's what to do, here's howto respond.
Like fully available to you soyou can earn multiple six
figures.
And I realistically think thatif somebody started in January,
by July you would beconsistently making $20,000 a
(17:15):
month.
If that's something you're likeI want to do, I want to grow as
a leader, I want to develop, Iwant to build a second income, a
third income or whatever it is.
You want this to become yourmain income.
Maybe you're a coach and thiswould be a really solid choice
for you to serve your clients ata lower ticket or as a
continuation of your high ticket, without having to continue to
(17:38):
serve them one-on-one, becausethe mentorship community serves
them for you.
Then reach out to me.
So I'm just going to give you aquick lowdown on how it works.
It's $4.46 to join US and then30 days later it's $149.
My goal and I've done thisbefore is I had somebody on my
(18:00):
team she just texted me, readyto hit the ground running.
What she did in her first 30days is, because we pay you
double your first 30 days.
We made enough in her firstrealistically 12 hours to cover
the cost of her mentorship forthe entire year.
So she made her money back pluscovered her mentorship for the
whole year in 12 hours.
(18:20):
That's what I would like tohelp you do.
You're getting paid to bementored.
That's my goal that you'regetting paid to be mentored.
Everything she has made afterthose first 12 hours has just
been extra money for her, extraincome.
I'm going to put that out therefor you.
I've done it before with peopleon my team.
(18:41):
I personally have never paidfor my mentorship here because I
always make far more than whatit costs to be a part of this
community.
So I just take it right out ofmy commission and I pocket the
rest.
I want to start with people inJanuary.
I'll reevaluate in February orMarch See if I want to take new
people on, but ideally they'vebeen leading and growing and
(19:03):
doing things.
I realistically might have likeone or two spots left at the
time that I'm recording this andjust trusting the Lord in
whatever that capacity lookslike.
Oh, the other thing I said I wasgoing to talk about reading.
I have a free resource.
I started talking about theother thing I said I was going
to talk about reading.
I have a free resource.
I started talking about thebooks that I'm reading.
I already finished one and it'sthe 6th of January.
I'm almost done with my second.
(19:23):
I have a list of 30, 35 booksthat I'm reading this year.
I put them into categories andon a PDF because a couple of
people are like what are youreading?
So if you want it, it's goingto be in the show notes for you
or you go to I have to check myInstagram if you just want to
directly download itLemonpriceco slash 2025 books.
(19:43):
So if you want the reading list, it's there.
I'm reading a ton this year andreally focused on growth and
learning.
So I know that this wasn'tnecessarily a big life-changing
episode, but what I want toencourage you to do is just be
still hear from the Lord and askhim for your next step.
Ask him what you're supposed todo, because when I very
(20:06):
intentionally prayed about itand I had other people pray
about it with me.
It changed everything for meand I got the most direct
download from the Lord I've everreceived in my entire life.
I want to encourage you thatthe Lord will speak to you if
you ask him to, and he will giveyou what you need In this new
year as we move forward.
I think the Lord is going to dosome big things.
(20:26):
I've heard this from a lot ofpeople.
The last couple of years havebeen a season of preparation and
now it's time to go.
So if you feel like it's yourtime to go, then I'm here for
you.
If you could use prayer, everyMonday we have a prayer call at
1130 Eastern.
It's usually 20, 30 minuteslong.
Just come, you can share whatgood thing the Lord has done for
you and have people pray overwhatever you need to pray for.
(20:49):
That is every Monday, 1130Eastern, 830 Pacific, 20 to 30
minutes, and the link is justourkingdomalliancecom slash pray
.
You can come.
It's the same link every week.
Come and join us in some prayer.
I am really looking forward tonext week's episode.
I have some incredible peoplecoming on Kyle and Ariel, a
couple who work together.
(21:10):
They're both believers, but itwas interesting to hear from
Kyle, as we talked, about howthey both had to deconstruct not
in the way the apologeticscommunity talks about
deconstruction, but moredeconstruction from church
culture, as opposed to whatscripture says what impacted
their relationship todeconstruct from church culture
(21:34):
and has radically shifted theirrelationship and identities.
I'm excited for it.
I hope this episode was helpfulfor you.
It's been helpful for me.
I'm teaching a class starting onFriday, how to grow your
network in 2025.
It's only four weeks Fridays,11 o'clock Eastern, eight
o'clock Pacific.
I'm doing that.
So, if you want in, send me amessage on Instagram or Facebook
(21:56):
and say, hey, I want to do growyour Network.
It's part of our KingdomAlliance so you could do that
mentorship and learn how to growyour network.
At the same time, I'm teachingRadiant Leadership Academy at
the end of the month, so it'sICF accredited 16-week biblical
leadership.
I'm very excited about it.
It has been supertransformational for me and I
have a lot of new people takingit, which I'm very excited for.
(22:17):
And then we also have theSpeaker Academy starting this
month.
If you have wanted to become abetter speaker, if that was on
your 2025 vision board bingocard, however you want to say it
.
That is also starting thismonth, so you can message me
about any of those.
I'm happy to point you in theright direction.
(22:37):
I hope you had an incredibleholiday.
I hope the Lord does somethingradical in your life that is
just undeniable and takes youplaces that only he can get
glory for.
I hope that he does somethingso radical that people will just
look at you and only see theLord.
That's my prayer for you thisyear that he does something so
(22:58):
big that is undeniable.
I love you and I will see youall next week.
Bye, friend.
Hey friend, what a joy it hasbeen to share today's journey
with you.
If you found a spark ofinspiration or a nugget of
wisdom that resonated, would youbless someone else by sharing
this episode with them?
It could be the encouragementthey need to step into their
(23:19):
purpose and calling.
Also, if you could spare amoment to leave a review, it
would mean the world to me.
I really appreciate yourfeedback and it really helps our
community grow.
Remember, the road todiscovering God's call for you
isn't one you have to walk alone.
So join me again next Mondayfor another episode where we'll
continue to explore the depthsof leadership and the heights of
(23:39):
our heavenly calling.
Until then, keep seeking, keepgrowing and keep trusting in his
plan.
God bless you and I'll catchyou on the flip side.
Bye, friend.
