Anxiety and so much more...

Today’s episode is on Anxiety but it turned into so much more than that. We really only touched the tip of the iceberg on anxiety and will be doing a further study of it in the future. We discuss the types of anxiety and try to focus mostly on general anxiety which seems to be what most people are facing with the current events today.
