(00:00):
Another regret.
(00:00):
It's just like wasting my timeon other people.
You need to be a hundredpercent.
Before you can,, look forsomeone else.
If you're not a hundred percentYou're going to put all your
problems on them or they'regoing to put it on you.
just make sure, you see allthose red flag, If something
makes you uncomfortable, ifyou're not in your piece, And
you store it away in your life.
(00:23):
Smiles champions.
Welcome to mind.
Elevation health and wealth.
My name is Sharon.
Dhawan.
And today I have with me.
A young entrepreneur, a youngYouTuber and a young music
recording artists.
That goes by the name of proA's.
Gamer prize gamer.
Would you mind introducingyourself?
Of course, you know, Oh, yougave everyone a 16 years old,
(00:46):
you know, just a small YouTubecreator on YouTube.
You're trying to make everyonehappy.
You have a good sign, you know?
Okay.
What is the purpose of pro waysgamer?
My purpose was.
It was when I started, you'rebored playing video games, you
know?
Shannon, maybe people that haveto be honest, but Now when I see
people actually come up to me,they're like, Anyone, the new
(01:06):
video is going to come out orlike, Hey, like when you have
these no video.
I get it motivates me even more.
Keep going and strive to, youknow, make people smile and just
make them happy, you know?
Did you ever think that youwould, Be noticed in the way
that you're noticing now as aYouTube.
To be honest, like, not even no,cause like I have people who
(01:30):
just go down the hallway.
And I say hi to me and I don'teven know them.
Or like, I know it's only a liewhen I'm like 10 that you like.
I would not imagine The amountof support I get from just
people.
By the amount of people wholike, just excited to To hear
about me and just know what I'mdoing and to watch her videos.
Yeah.
(01:50):
And so how many followers do youhave subscribers at this moment
on YouTube?
By.
I believe I have 958.
Okay.
And what is your goal?
Long-term by going long term.
Just keep getting bigger andbigger, you know?
Is there a number?
There are a number I wouldn'treally say there's a number.
I was like 1 million.
(02:10):
2 million subscribers.
It'd be like.
I probably settled down once Ihave 30 million or something
already.
Millions of crap.
We think big.
We elevate our minds.
I like that.
What is the funniest episode?
And the most viewed.
Uh, episode, tell us what thatis in the name of it so that we
(02:34):
can find it.
Okay.
So the most popular on mychannel.
It was.
Well, I'm going to go with.
Uh, video and I was taken down.
It was an old video about like afew years ago in 2020.
It wasn't really a video.
It was just like a song of thisartist.
And it would take it down.
(02:55):
But before that taken down andit had like near the a hundred K
views.
But now if we're just talkingabout like what's on my channel.
And the video with$70,000,70,000 views on my channel.
So why did the other video gettaken down?
Copy right.
Because you were using musicfrom another artist, it was a,
it was a rare, rare song that.
(03:16):
A lot of people like, oh yeah,it's.
Take it down.
So now the, the video that has70,000.
Yeah.
It's about, it's not even like10 seconds long.
And then he just a small clip ofhis other.
You two were like just sayingsomething funny.
And I love it.
It's gone there.
G.
Suck your mom.
Oh yeah, this is.
(03:36):
Chanting it, and I guess like alot of people like that are
sometimes.
So a lot of people watched it.
Yeah.
Well, like.
If we're talking about like thefunniest video on my channel.
I personally believe it's one ofmy school gloves.
Cause you know, when me and myfriends just hang out.
We do, you know, Just chill andwe'd be having a good time.
It'd be funny.
So you call on school.
Vlogs.
(03:57):
Yeah, that'd be condoms.
School blogs.
And tell him what school thatyou represent or eyes going, you
know?
FHS.
Excellent.
And where are we located?
FHS.
Vera's going on the east side, east side of Houston.
All right.
So idea, watch, and I do watch alot of your videos.
One of my favorites was the onewhere you are playing basketball
(04:20):
is a basketball game at whatpark was that?
The, I remember I'm part, Rightnext to the school, you know?
You know, and then she'd gohome.
Have a good time.
Yeah.
So I thought it was fun becauseI knew the, the players that
were playing and, you do yourown video edits, right?
Yeah.
And you had edited the videoreally cool.
(04:42):
Like with the scores and allthat.
Yes.
How did you learn how to do thevideo edits, editing?
I started.
I can sixth grade and over timewhen you just keep doing the
same thing over and over, youstart exploring like new ways
you can like.
Be creative.
So basically over time, I justgot more creative.
(05:03):
And I got nor software, likedifferent apps.
You know, I don't just stay toone.
I kind of used, like everythingI can.
So, you know, I just.
I got better.
The best, the easiest software.
That you use to edit.
That works better for you forme, it's Capco right now because
you know, I knew everything onmy phone.
So if my phone breaks.
(05:24):
I can record.
I can edit, I can do nothing, but like, yeah.
I just knew everything on myphone.
It's Capco.
Okay.
Capco.
Okay.
I've never heard of that.
So you're also a recordingartist and you have music.
And I know you personally, because you're also a poet in my
heart because we had a poetrycontest at our high school.
And.
(05:45):
You won the, yeah.
The poetry contest, poems gameor one that, and it was an
amazing piece.
And so you are a rapper as well.
You consider yourself a rapper.
Um, not really a rapper.
Do you consider yourself?
I have an artists and artists.
I liked that.
I liked that.
That's that mentality.
so you are an artist and one ofyour songs is on apple music.
(06:09):
It's on Spotify and it's onYouTube.
Is artist's name is the initialspro A's game or so P a G M.
And the song is called talk tothem.
Right.
Yeah.
That's it.
You got it right.
Talk to them.
He's also on Instagram and theInstagram is S.
Three, the number three T H.
(06:32):
That 0 0 9.
And then you'll see PAGunderneath that.
If you.
Find him on Instagram.
And so tell us about your music.
So my music.
At first, it just started as ajoke, you know?
Like I never really liked ticketseries.
I still kind of like, I want totake it serious to be honest.
Cause like, it was always a jokefor me to see like what I could
(06:53):
do.
Like if I was just given a B andjust shout it, like put my
orders on it.
I was trying to make it soundgood.
My effort is.
I don't know, like was just mejust messing around with some
friends.
So you were freestyling.
I mean, not only kind of like,it was just like, oh, like me
and my friend got in like a, anargument, like, no, An actual
(07:14):
argument.
But I, you know, we would justmess around and I'll be like, I
am going to make a dish check onyou.
And like I would drive one andit was just like be funny and
everything.
So, do you have some distractsout there somewhere?
Like, I mean, yeah, they're outthere, but like I take them all
down.
I still have them though.
And I still like some friends.
Well, we want you to put thoseback up so that we can, listen
(07:36):
to them.
They just, I very low qualityand stuff.
Visual quality, but it stillwill be good content.
Right?
I mean, I guess.
Good content.
All right.
So what is the best complimentthat you've ever received?
On that.
I received a lot, like insightabout my channel or just like
just the best compliment.
(07:58):
I've been giving a lot ofcompliments.
about just like my word ethnic.
Like.
How hard I work and like, I tryto make other people happy.
Like I never like put myselffirst to be on.
Always like trying to put myfriends first.
Oh, I don't really know who gaveme this compliment.
(08:19):
But it was just like, oh, Youjust work too hard.
And you deserve everything.
You know, That is a goodcompliment.
Yeah.
Well, I'm going to complimentyour laugh.
Because one of the reasons thatI like watching the videos that
you post is because you havelike the signature lab.
(08:39):
I don't know if anybody's evernamed your lab.
I don't know, like what.
Brought it on, but you know thatyou have a signature laugh,
right?
Are you going to do this Englishor laugh?
Yes.
I'm doing okay.
We gotta do it.
Okay.
And let me get ready.
(09:00):
Because every time, like I'mjust kind of Julie, just
chilling.
And like, it will come up to methat I do to that.
Um, And so.
Funny.
Um, So the signature laugh tome.
I'm giving you a compliment.
I love the signature lab becauseeverybody that is creating
(09:22):
something, they have to makewhat they're creating different.
And I feel like that's whatmakes yours different, when you,
when something happens, you justwait for it.
I just wait for it.
I'm watching the video and I'mlike, okay, what's he going to
do?
Or, oh my God, that was a lab.
It's so adorable.
So to me, some things simplelike that.
I can produce like, oh, like Ifollow them, or I want someone
(09:44):
else to watch this video becausewait till you hear his laugh, so
I think that's awesome.
Cause like basically When we'rerecording or I'm just like, see
something I'm just standing.
And I say something like stupidor funny, I've been, I just got
into the lab cause like, basically like what the lab is
like.
Trying to like implement.
It's oh, look, there's somethingstupid going on.
(10:05):
I look at that goofy thingthat's going on over there.
I need to be laminated causelike it's just so stinking.
You always laugh like that.
It says something you created.
Uh, I think.
I think I started doing anelementary.
I don't know why.
On the, what?
I just started doing it.
(10:26):
I don't remember like, ifthere's any reason.
But yeah.
I just started doing it.
And then like, after.
I found out like I want onYouTube and stuff.
And there's other like famousYouTuber.
kind of has like the same laughas me.
I do like the sound and stuff.
I'm like, well, that's cool.
Like.
(10:46):
I kind of like, can do the samething as them and they could do
the same thing as me and youdidn't know about them.
Yeah.
It was just something that youdone and someone else does it as
well.
What is not, you didn't knowthat they did it.
You just happened to laugh thesame.
Yeah.
Having to do it.
And I know.
I have people come up to me likethe lab.
No, it like.
(11:07):
You can just do it right.
I know I can do it.
You can, I can force.
I do it again, but I can, I cando, I can talk in it, like.
I am it, but I, yeah, I can do.
I do that.
I could like move it and like, try to like, make it sound like
other stuff too.
You can.
Yeah.
(11:28):
You can just do that right now.
Uh, yeah, I can.
It's just like, Because the wayI do it.
I can move the air.
Like it hasn't.
I knew it by my throat because Icould just, you don't have to do
that.
Because now that you justexplained it, everybody's going
to want to hear it.
(11:50):
What is the message and themusic that you create.
I mean, I think I create issues.
Like they will know how I'mfeeling.
You know, I don't really, I'mnot really a vocal person, but
when I get like, show.
I could, I need to express myfeelings in a song.
I just let everyone know how I'mfeeling for.
(12:11):
You know, Have you used writingin your music as a way to
relief?
Yeah, a bit.
Yeah.
Is it kind of like a therapy foryou as a middle a therapy?
Cause I gone through stuff likein the year.
Or just, You know, anything, Iusually cope basically, you
know, a healthy way to cope.
Yeah.
I just let it off, and, I'm backrecharged, early game.
(12:33):
Do you have a journal or awriting book?
No, I mean, I really just havenotes in my.
My phone, your phone notes.
Yeah.
I used to be riding.
Everything is on your phone.
You don't have a physical,physical piece.
No, not really hit on.
Do you see yourself taking thenotes that you've written there,
maybe publishing a book with it.
(12:55):
I ran a bunch before.
Believe it or not.
Yeah.
So you are multitalented.
So, did you get them published?
No, like it wasn't really likeserious bugs, to be honest, I
really liked nine books andbooks.
And let it.
And then I would want you topublish that.
Can you publish them?
I don't have them no more.
Where are they?
They're in the trash.
(13:16):
No way.
Like I wanted to find them sobad, but identifying, oh my God.
So.
Lesson learned.
So this is what I'm encouragingyou to do because you have a lot
you're extremely creative, youknow, that.
They're extremely creative.
Extremely talented.
And one of the reasons that Icreated my elevation health and
wealth podcast was not just forme.
(13:37):
Of course, it's my passionproject.
But it's so I can leave alegacy.
For those in the future.
So all of that work that you'vewritten, it can be used.
In the future for someone elsethat might need it because of
your talent, because of yourcreativity.
So please don't ever throw awayyour creativity again.
And if you have things writtenin your phone notes, I would
(14:01):
advise you to transfer them overand have them print it out and
use them.
because you aren't going intobigger and greater things, and
when you get those 30 millionfollowers, they're going to want
more from you and you have thatand your creative outlet,
whether it's writing, whetherit's creating a video.
(14:22):
Someone needs it, because youtold us in the beginning that
you do this because you like tomake people laugh.
You like to make people happy.
That's also part of healing.
Laughter and happiness actuallyheals.
Yeah.
And that is good for our mentalhealth and may is mental health
awareness month.
So what you're doing, the videosthat you create, what you put
out there.
Someone could be having a badday click on pro ways gamer, and
(14:45):
now they're having fun.
And that left and right.
And that's what you told us.
That's your purpose, right?
And that's your passion.
Yeah.
So I am encouraging you.
As your teacher.
As an educator to publish.
And save all of your works, ofcourse.
(15:05):
Because sometimes in our mindyou said it.
Sometimes our mind gets in theway, And our minds.
We might have imposter syndrome, like, ah, that was just silly.
I was just goofing off as no bigdeal.
When it is an actual.
Masterpiece.
Yeah, Eva, my Angelou.
One of her.
Palms.
That was like one of the bestpalms.
(15:27):
She never even thought it wasthe greatest.
But the whole world did.
So don't ever underestimate yourwork.
Yeah.
As a that's another thing I haveto work on is cause.
I always, um, my work.
I always try to make sure it'sperfect.
When I see like the smallestair, I don't want to like throw
the entire thing away orsomething.
(15:49):
And like, it's just, I need morelike sources from like people to
like, tell me how they feelabout my work.
On our to be perfect.
I want it to be good.
I just had to work oneverything, you know, but that's
the mind of an artist.
Yes.
Yeah.
So, as an artist, because yousaid I'm not a rapper, I'm an
(16:09):
artist.
Yeah.
As an artist that comes in allforms, An artistic.
Being is a creative being.
So that's writing.
That's creating as editing.
As music.
As everything that you'repassionate about.
So, yeah.
So download the music.
Download the music.
So what is one of the biggestthings that you regret?
(16:33):
Okay.
Don't lie.
One of my biggest regrets.
Okay.
So one of them is, His writingis I'm but don't want to wait.
Uh, I still wish I had them tothe day so I could show them.
I read them for.
No, I was pretty good.
I think we can get there, likea, it was a bloody Mary series
and I made them in like forfourth grade.
Like a series.
(16:53):
And recreate them.
I can recreate them.
I don't remember the first evervote.
Like I remember it.
Okay.
Another regret.
It's just like wasting my timeon other people.
Like, you know, like, You thinkyou need like.
Uh, relationship or something.
But you don't really need any ofthis stuff.
You just need yourself.
You need to be a hundredpercent.
(17:14):
Before you can, you know, lookfor someone else.
Right.
If you're not a hundred percentstarted dating something else.
You're going to put like allyour problems on them or they're
going to put it on you.
Yep.
And like you should be healed.
Before going into seeking arelationship of course, or
working towards he in court, orif like you don't really have a
real reason to do somebody.
(17:36):
Like you just dating them for noreason.
That's another, like, you know, just thinking the look out for.
just make sure, like you see allthose red flag, If something
makes you uncomfortable, like ifyou're not in your piece, And
you store it away in your life.
Yep.
I like that.
So, You're hearing that from a16 year old.
And we have, I have an episodeor the values of it, a healthy
(17:58):
relationship as mind, elevationhealth and wealth episode.
so now you're hearing it from.
gamer or who was also his realname is Sam.
He's saying even inrelationships, find your a
hundred percent self first.
Before seeking relationships.
And some of the questions thatyou ask people in your
(18:22):
interviews, give us someexamples of some of the
questions that you ask whenyou're making your videos.
Like equations.
It'll just range from anythingto all sorts of categories.
I'd be like, oh, why is yourocean mus?
Like favorite Annabel for her.
Or like, how do you feel aboutfor high school?
They'll say something verycrazy.
And I can repeat.
(18:43):
Yeah.
Yeah, they are.
These videos are not always.
Child-friendly.
No, not little childrenfriendly.
But they are funny if you'relike me and you love comedy.
You'll find a lot of humor inthe videos.
Um, well, yeah, some of thequestions are inappropriate.
They are still funny.
(19:03):
They still make the, the, thequestionnaire, like the person
who's receiving the questionlaugh.
And you think about it.
No, there is an awkward questionand the most responses like that
you could get from asking thosetype of questions.
The funniest, So his blog ishe'll even go into principles.
He'll even approach, uh, aprincipal at a school.
One of our leaders at theschool, or he'll go to a teacher
(19:26):
at a school.
That's not expecting them.
I think I'm in a couple of thevideos.
that's how I found out about proA's gamer because a student was
like, Ms.
Moody.
I saw you on a video.
I saw you in always game orvideo, and I was like, what
video on my end and what it is.
And I was like, who is Brian'sgamer?
And they're like, oh, it's that?
And so then I started followingand then, I see the art and
(19:49):
creativity and the good inanything.
So I'm not the type that's goingto get angry or mad about it.
I found it as very creative, very artistic, and I follow and
I shared.
and as the reason we'reinterviewing, probably his game
or today, Yeah.
So then we can get those 30million.
Um, Um, but, uh, it's, it ishilarious.
(20:10):
The questions are funny.
The, other reactions areextremely funny as well.
So.
I like those what's next foryou?
Nature.
For me, it's just.
Or the summer.
Um, as you keep trying to getbigger.
You know, in terms of growing mychannel and Gianna.
Maybe more people that have carsnow that we're not going to be
(20:31):
in school anymore.
And then when I go in and I'mgoing to see probably the gamer
for like another four months orthree months.
And so are you going to stopduring the summer?
No.
Okay.
All right.
So you're going to keep makingcontent on.
Keep going.
It's just, you know, For the inreal life and, you know, They're
not going to see me physically.
And they're not like probablynot going to be part of my
(20:51):
video, you know, me and myfriends, we still hang out.
No, probably still gonna makesome videos, you know?
You don't randomly log.
Something like that.
Yeah.
Yeah, well, I'm looking forwardto seeing the content.
The summer content, of course.
All right.
I think I've known you since youwere probably freshmen or
freshmen.
I do my freshman class.
(21:11):
Virtual.
Yeah.
Because we, because of thepandemic.
So we went virtual and you wereonline.
And I think you want one of myworkout channels, right?
The first everyone.
Yeah.
So I wanted to, get my studentsoutside and being active.
So I challenged them to downloadthe map, my run app, and.
(21:32):
All my listeners know from, mindelevation health and wealth
episode.
Creating healthy workout andeating habits.
I wanted to promote our studentsto do a workout challenge.
Well, Seth took on thechallenge.
He downloaded the app.
And he won my first challengeand I can't even remember how
many miles that he did to winthe challenge.
(21:53):
But.
he won a$50.
It was like a PlayStation game.
Because he got to choose whatgift card he wanted and he is in
pro AEs gamer.
So, of course he chose theplatelet PlayStation gift card
and he was able to use that giftcard.
And he was working out.
Do you still take care of yourhealth?
Oh, yes.
(22:13):
I'd take care of my health.
always reactive, likephysically.
And I can never just be likesitting still for a long time.
I always gotta get outside andrun.
but I remember when, during thepandemic, when you're a.
Good challenge.
What's going on on my that's.
Perfect.
Because I got to get out andstart doing stuff, I can just be
sitting here.
So like implants, I get somemoney.
(22:36):
There was a reward.
So that did help motivate youright.
Then motivated.
Okay.
So mind elevation.
That's what we're about.
So, if you were to speak to.
A younger person, or maybesomebody your age, or maybe it's
just someone that you want tomotivate to just follow their
goals, follow your dreams.
Do, what they're passionateabout because essentially you
(22:57):
are doing what you're passionateabout.
Correct?
Yeah.
So what advice would you give asfar as mind elevation and
motivation?
So basically.
When you come across a problem.
It don't let it thank you somuch.
You know what?
I go by.
It's stoicism.
I just keep going no matterwhat, no matter what the issue.
(23:18):
If there's like a big issue orsomething.
I just don't try to think aboutit as much, because if you can
like take a little respondingissue and you just.
You may get something bigger andyour mind exceed, like.
We're not really like going tothe problem as much as you would
like to think about it.
So when you go through somethinglike that, like just don't think
about it too much because, soyou say stoicism.
(23:41):
Yeah.
All right.
Not everybody knows what beingstoic is.
How would you describe that foryou?
For me.
Just having a B keep going.
Like, no matter what, no matterwhat anyone tells you.
No matter what happens to you.
you kind of keep going, whateveryou want, wherever you want to
live.
Go for it.
Just like brush it off.
(24:01):
I'm not going to let this stopme.
like we sell for more on ourminds and we do in person.
I love that.
I love that.
Yeah.
And so you've overcome a lot ofchallenges in your life, right?
We don't have to get personal, but is there anything.
I don't want to share thatyou've overcome a challenge that
you've overcome and you keeppushing through, I mean, a
challenge.
(24:22):
like obviously, like my familyhas been through some
challenges, you know?
We made it through And then Idon't know.
Like just here at school and toshow the social alignment, you
know, We just, would you keepgoing?
Like, no matter what happens.
No matter what, like people tellyou, I just keep going through.
(24:44):
What do you wish you could sayto your younger self?
Like being where you are now.
I still consider you to beyoung, but yeah.
But I'll just tell my youngerself to Just start earlier.
Or just like, you know, Can Iget a headstart?
Everyone else.
Cause I know when I was younger.
I really wasn't doing nothing tobe honest.
So I would have just tried tomotivate that little young man.
(25:07):
And tell them something.
Good message.
Like just start working out orsomething, you know?
Yeah.
Get your weight up to wait on.
You consider yourself an athleteon, I mean, Uh, To be honest.
I'm like, all right, at somestuff.
But I'm not like the athlete.
I'm not like that.
(25:28):
I ain't never mind.
I am at least what do youconsider yourself to be
athletic?
I saw your boxing video.
Yeah.
I'm okay about saying I'm notgood, but you know, I'm not
trash.
Okay at it.
You know, I didn't want everymatch.

(27:15):
are three major mindset beliefsthat make you a champion.
