As we all prepare to end the year and being to think about 2023, reconsider physical health as a top priority. Physical health and exercise is more than just about losing weight and looking good! In fact, this goal alone can create shame around body image.
However, exercise is one of the most powerful tools that should be included in all of our self-development journey. Engaging in physical movement is one of the best gateways to development self-awareness. In addition, one of the major lessons that physical training and exercise teaches us is how to change our relationship with discomfort. This change in relationship is vital and will allow you to break away from old ways of thinking.
In this session, I provide some tools to help encourage you to be more active for the vast array of benefits far beyond weight loss.
So, let's not waste anymore time!
I say, why wait for the new year! Stop procrastinating, and let’s get started.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
