You have to believe that, because you do, you can choose
to process your life situationsinstead of just complaining

(01:06):
about them.
Complaining is dangerous.
It cultivates resentment andkeeps you trapped in a cycle of
negativity, and strengthens yourcircumstances and its power
over you.
Choose to take back your power, because you are not powerless.
Imagine making today yoursomeday.
Imagine deciding that today isday one of a new chapter.

(01:27):
It's time to stop living yourpain and suffering on repeat.
Choose to leave behind what nolonger serves you.
This might mean letting go ofcertain thoughts, habits, people

your ability to overcome them.
Change requires commitment.
It means letting go andcreating space for the new.
What needs to come to an endfor you?
What do you need to let go of?
Maybe it's the habit of peoplepleasing, or maybe it's getting

(02:17):
out of your own way andembracing discomfort.
Every experience you've had, every challenge you've faced, is
building you, not breaking you.
Did you hear that?
Your problems, your pain, yoursuffering, your life challenges,
your trials and tribulations?
They are here to build you, notto break you.
Believe that you are made formore.
You deserve more.

(02:38):
Your choices need to line upwith your values.
Stop choosing the wrong thingsand expecting the right things
to happen.
I want you all to aim for avirtuous life and do good in the
world because you're in it.
Your existence is more powerfulthan you can even imagine.
You have impact.
Define for yourself what thehighest good is for you.

(02:58):
Let that be your guiding light.
Be what you don't have.
Be the miracle you need.
This will show you quickly thatyou are valuable.
You are needed.
You are not alone.
Your commitment and dedicationto improving yourself is not
just a necessity.
It's a moral obligation.
There is no solution to yourproblems because you are the
solution.
Choose to process your emotions.

compassion and acceptance.
