We sit down with Austin Perlmutter to discuss how toxic social media and mindless internet scrolling has become something that our brains have been hardwired to do. 

While it isn't currently coined "addiction" in our country, the ways that our brains are stimulated based on social media is directly correlated with dopamine rush. It very closely mimics addictive behavior. We have become trained to depend on it for stimulation. 

How can we break these trends and what can we do to offset the symptoms setting in across the U.S. such as anxiety and depression as a result of overuse?
