Sometimes the gamble of trading your time for equity in a company pays off. Best Buy, Walmart and Amazon all would be great examples. Sometimes, it's a train wreck. Dave talks about the office provider and failed IPO of WeWork and the employees that gambled and lost on WeWork stock. Time is the most valuable possession you have. Spend it wisely, and know that any time you trade your hours for promised equity it's a gamble.
