In this MindCast, our 40th Episode and 4th in the series based on The Winning Mind Set success system, we will take an in-depth look at how we develop associative anchors and how to use them to TRIGGER our best performance qualities at will!
Some associations are very strong, some are mild, but all associations are connected to our sensory perception or senses. Often referred to as modalities. Your modalities are Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Gustatory or Taste, and Olfactory or Smell.
These sensory perceptions are triggered by a stimulus congruent with the modality that senses the stimulus creating the chain reaction.
