Welcome to Mindful Hypnosis.
My name is Cheryl and I am yourhost.
I want to bring you on a nicelittle meditation that you can
do every single morning when youget up.
It is more of a visualizationtechnique.
Now, again, I'm going toexplain this to you.

(01:24):
So it's really notvisualization.
You will be looking atsomething.
So it's more like looking atsomething technique, but anyway,
this is a nice little techniquethat will help just to get you
into a nice relaxed state andbring you into mindfulness.
Nice and gentle and easy andit's pretty quick.
So let's do that.
So start off with taking acouple of big deep breaths, in

(01:52):
and out, however you wish, andif you have to shake your hands
and move your body around, ifyou have any excess energy or
anxiety, you can do that.
Now Just kind of give a littleshake shake.
I love giving a little shakeshake, it's fun and it kind of
wakes up the body and it getsyou out of your head.

(02:16):
And now I just want you for amoment to imagine yourself
clearing your mind.
However that fits for you,however you can, yes, even if
your mind is busy.
Just imagine your mind isclearing and look in front of
you, wherever you are, andnotice three things in front of

(02:37):
you without judgment.
Just notice the color, theshape, the size.
Now bring your attention youcan close your eyes, if you like
to the sound and, with youreyes closed or open, just notice

(03:01):
two things that you're hearing.
Notice where it's coming from,the tone, the depth.
Notice what you're hearing fromthe left side.

(03:22):
Notice what you're hearing fromthe right side.
Again, you're just noticing.
No judgment.
You're doing great.
Take a big deep breath in andexhale.

(03:46):
And now, with your eyes closed,just notice a sensation within
your body without judgment.
Notice where it's located,notice how it feels.
No labeling, no judging, justnotice with open awareness, and

(04:19):
when you're ready, you can openyour eyes again, taking a big
deep breath, hold for the countof two, exhale twice as long.
You can put a smile on yourface and you can go about your
day.
This little exercise will helpyou to drop into mindfulness and

(04:40):
it will take you less than aminute, and you can do this
anywhere, with anything.
Do it in a crowded park, do itat work, do it at home.
Every time you do this, you'reopening up your awareness of
what is around you.
You're becoming less judgmental, more spacious, more aware and

(05:03):
more present and more mindful.
