So welcome to this new podcast trailer.
There are a few things that Ilove more than cats, coffees,
books and apps, and that ismindfulness settling my mind and
being in that place and spaceof just feeling connected with
the here and now.

I'm a hypnotist, if you haven'tfigured already, and I really
love the changes that it createsin people, and not just that.
It is so fun to be hypnotized,it feels just as good as being
mindful.
So I've been away for a littlebit and I wanted to reboot a

podcast, and I thought aboutjust doing one for hypnosis, and
it didn't make any sense,because my hypnosis always
includes mindfulness.
It is just easy for me to weavemindfulness and hypnosis
together.
It's just so natural, and Ireally felt that, in order to do
a proper reboot, I wanted toadd a little bit of more

I'm still going to do episodesand weave mindfulness through,
