Two men talking, to get men talking... James Daly and Steve Harding lift the lid on what it means to be a man in the 21st century and explore why so many of us struggle to share our thoughts and feelings. Each episode of their Mindful Men Talk podcast draws upon their own life experiences, as well as their background in personal training (James) and mindfulness coaching (Steve). In this refreshingly honest and authentic show, James and Steve delve into a whole host of topics, issues and stigmas, in the hope that their curiosity, awareness and open discussions will encourage others (particularly men) to talk more.
James and Steve return for a series of shorter episodes in which they offer their take on a range of varied subjects straight out of ‘the bag’, beginning with the purpose of ‘routine’ in our lives.
James will be running the TCS London Marathon 2022 for Mind (mental health charity). If you would like to sponsor him you can do so by clicking on the link below:

James & Steve ponder ‘How Can We Better Take Care Of Our Mental Health?’ by unpacking why a list of ‘self-help’ activities is at best only a starting point, and how instead the cultivation of ‘kindness’ and ‘self-compassion’, so often alien concepts to men in particular, is perhaps the real stepping stone to ‘better’ mental health.
