Let's begin by finding acomfortable position, sitting or
lying down.
Close your eyes and take a deepbreath in and slowly exhale.
Feel the air filling your lungsand gently leaving your body.

As you continue to breathedeeply and naturally, allow
yourself to become aware of thepresent moment, release any
thoughts or worries that may beoccupying your mind.
This time is just for you tolet go of stress and find inner

toes.
With each breath, this wave ofrelaxation washes away tension
