few more times and give yourself permission to let go

reconnect with yourself and embrace the wonderful being that you are.
This session will focus on a new you. It is

toward greater joy and peace of mind. So as you
continue to calmly focus on your breath energy, continue to

of breath energy to bring your attention to being right
