into your pelvic bones, and your sex organs, down your legs,
through your knees, all the way down to your ankles,
and at the bottoms of your feet. Your entire body
lit up from the inside out with golden sparkling energy.

This golden sparkling light represents the highest, most positive energy
in the universe. Every inhale, you breathe in more of it,
and when every exhale, you send it down through your body.

Take a moment to just breathe slowly and gently inhaling
this positive energy and exhaling it through your entire being,
feeling it completely fill you up, and you notice yourself

becoming lighter fear, and you feel the sphere begin to
