a comfortable position, bringing your spine into straight alignment, rolling
your shoulders back slightly to open up your chest. Place

are ready, gently close your eyes for now. Just focus
on your breathing without trying to change it, feeling the

air flow in and out through your nose. Beginning your
day with mindfulness is a wonderful to start your day

them or trying to change them. It's a very loving
