Morning meditation. To begin, sit up in your bed. You
may have your back propped up against pillows and may
still be under the blankets, But allow your body to
begin to awaken by sitting up, close your eyes and

take a deep in hell in through your nose, letting
the air fill your stomach, your lungs, your chest all
the way up to the top of your throat, and
when you reach the top of the breath, hold your breath,
feeling the energy of the morning waking you up, and

when you are ready, let it all go with a sigh.
At the bottom of the sigh, return to breathing in
through your nose and out through your mouth, slowly and gently.

All throughout the course of the meditation, Notice how your
body is still relaxed from the night before, but feel
it begin to come back online, feel it waking up,
and feel appreciation for your body as it is ready

for another beautiful day. In your mind's eye, allow yourself
to see now an image of what you have on
your plate for today. You may see yourself getting up
and getting ready, the food you eat, the clothes you wear,

the people you interact with. How do you desire your
day to go? Using your imagination. Now, see yourself in
your morning routine. How do you feel? What do you

do that makes this the best morning routine possible? Let
yourself breathe in the feelings that seeing you do this
brings up for you. Let yourself feel and embody the
feeling of experiencing your best possible. Mourning as you shift

now into what you do after you get ready for
the day, Let yourself see what comes next. You may
think about your to do list, seeing every item on
that list being done with ease, letting yourself flow through

the day, seeing things that might be on your list
that you do not want to do be magically taken
care of anyway. How does that feel? How do you
want to feel when approaching your to do list today?

Do you want it to be easy? See it going
easily now, knowing that that's exactly so it can go.
Feel how good it feels to see yourself experiencing this

effortless day. How do you desire to act and to
react in various situations throughout the day. What accomplishments do
you desire to have today? How do you see yourself thriving?

Take a moment now to fill in these blanks, to
see yourself accomplishing things. To see yourself doing the things
you most desire to do. Seeing yourself feel the way
you most desire to feel. As you watch yourself making

these accomplishments, feeling the way you desire to feel, send
love from your heart to that visualization. Allow your mind

to bring up the people you will interact with today.
How do you want these interactions to go. Take a
moment now to visualize these interactions flowing perfectly, exactly as

you desire them to do. See yourself now nearing the

end of the day. Perhaps you see yourself making dinner
or eating dinner. Perhaps you see yourself doing something for
self care. How do you envision your ideal evening to look?

See this image and send love to this image. Take
a deep inhale now, holding your breath at the top,
and feel how good it feels to have just set
the tone for your day with the expectations you have

created in your mind. As you let yourself exhale with
a sigh, feel your body begin to wake up. Feel
yourself shifting, becoming more prepared and eager to start this

beautiful day. Feeling appreciation in your heart to be alive,
to have this air to breathe, to have this life
to live, To have all of the things that you

saw yourself doing today, To have the food you saw
yourself eating, To have the interactions with the people with
which you will interact. Let your breath deepen as you

feel appreciation on the highest level for this beautiful life
you are living. Let gratitude infuse every single cell in
every space between the cells, as you let yourself think

or say out loud, thank you for this beautiful day.
Begin to stretch your arms and your legs, letting your
body begin to reawaken, Feeling the enthusiasm for this amazing day,

Feeling the excitement for all of the beautiful things that
will happen to you throughout the day, Feeling eagerness to
react the way you desire to react to various things
in your life, Feeling ready to be the best version

of you and to experience the best possible day. When
you are ready, allow yourself to slowly open your eyes
to the room around you, taking this feeling that you
have created this morning with you all throughout the day.
