place where you will not be interrupted, bringing your spine
into straight alignment. Softly close your eyes and place your
palms facing upwards. All throughout the course of this meditation,

know that you are exactly where you need to be,
doing exactly what it is you need to do. Focus
all of your awareness in this moment at the area

at the base of your spine, in your pelvic floor,
known as your root chakra. Just let all of your
awareness drop into this space. Let every breath be in

this space. Breathe directly into your root chakra. With every
inhale you send loving, supportive energy to the chakra, and

Just let yourself tap into how this energy center feels

energy rising up into the center of your chest in

go directly to this energy center, sending it love and
positive energy, and let every exhale feel like an expansion

in this space. Really, notice how this energy center is
strengthening and growing on every inhale and every exhale. Notice

how good it feels to really tap into this space
and all of the power that resides here. As you
feel the expansion in this energy center, you feel all

the way into your throat chakra in the center of
your throat. Let every inhale go directly to the space,
sending it love and positivity, and on every exhale, let
it expand and grow. Really notice the exquisite feeling that

energy a rising upwards, bringing your awareness right to the
space in between your eyebrows and about a half an
inch up in this area known as your third eye chakra.

energy center, and on every exhal feel it expand really
breathe into this area, feeling its power, feeling its great

and as you notice it expand and strengthen, you allow
your focus and all of this goodness to rise up
to the very top of your head in the area
known as the crown Shapra. Direct all of your breath here,

sending it love. On the inhale and on the exhale,
feel it expand and strengthen, notice it growing. Don't be
surprised if you feel tingling in this area. That's perfectly okay.

And as you feel it expanding and strengthening, you begin
to notice how all of your energy centers all the
way from the top of your head down into your
third eye, your throat, your heart, your solar plexes, your

sacral chakra, and your root chakra are all vibrant, open, strong,
and expanded. Breathe in to how good it feels to
be experiencing us, holding your breath at the top. As

you enjoy this feeling, and when you are ready exhale
with a long audible sigh, feel a sense of appreciation
towards yourself for doing this work. And send that appreciation
to all of your chakras for all of the work

that they do for you when you are ready. Slowly
and gently begin to bring your awareness back to the
room around you, opening your eyes when you feel ready
