Welcome to your daily clarity meditation. Find yourself a comfortable
space where you can sit on a chair or cross
legged on the floor. As always, bring your attention gently

to your breath and to your body. Just take natural
and relaxed breaths, and as you focus on this, just
imagine inhaling positivity and exhaling anxiety, stress, or negativity. As

we get started, begin by grounding yourself. Imagine that feeling
of the earth supporting you, keeping you steady and secure.
Take a moment to appreciate this connection with the earth

beneath you. And as you continue to take those natural
breaths and focus on your breath and body, release any lingering,

doubts or fears that may be holding you back. Imagine
a bright light surrounding your entire body. Think about what
color it is, and imagine with each inhale as you

feel that positivity, think of that light growing brighter and stronger.
This light represents your inner drive and motivation. Think of

it like your guiding light on this journey of life.
Let yourself become overwhelmed with a sense of possibility and positivity.

Today is a new day. It is a fresh opportunity
to be your best self. You are filled with endless potential,
filled with motivation. Embrace each day or night with enthusiasm

and a sense of true purpose. Allow yourself to visualize
your goals and dreams, and remind yourself that you have
the power to make today and tomorrow truly amazing. It

can be productive, positive, beautiful, and now I invite you
to focus on gratitude. As we are thinking about motivation

and positivity, take a moment to reflect on all the
wonderful things in your life, the people who love and
support you, the experiences that have shaped you, the opportunities

that have come your way. Feel that warmth of gratitude
deep within your heart and let it fill that glow
of your entire being. In fight you to take just

a moment to focus on up to three things that
you are thankful for today, something as simple as a
recent accomplishment, or just being grateful for another day or
night on this earth, a friend or family member, a pet,

whatever it might be. Just think of a few things
now great, and if you like now, just inhale deeply

take a deep breath, breathing in the joy of these blessings,
and when you exhale, feel the depth of that gratitude
wash over you, taking it all in. Embrace this moment

of clarity. Now you are in control of your destiny.
You know that you have the power to create the
life you truly desire. You may already be living it.

Let your daily actions align with your goals and values.
Remember all the love you hold for the things you
hold dear in your life. Take each step forward with
