your back, place your palms facing upward, close your eyes,
and just let yourself breathe gently, softly, slowly, comfortably, feel

There is a truth that you know deep inside of
you that is ready to be reawakened. You are capable
of healing yourself. You are a self healing being, and

health and wellness is your natural state. There is an
endless amount of vital life force energy all around you,
ready for you to call upon it at any time
to welcome it into your physical being, to re energize,

to revitalize, to realign you with total and complete wellness
on a cellular level. Take a deep inhal and feel
the truth about this, filling your lungs completely, and hold
your breath at the top, feeling anticipation for what's to come.

Light yourself exhale with a long, audible sigh as you
let any tension from the day melt away and sink
in more deeply into this present moment where you have

feel the white light entering into your palms, and as
you exhale, feel it flowing up through your arms and
into your heart. On every inhale, breathing more of this
white light, and on every axhale, send it straight to
your heart. Just let this cycle continue, knowing that this

universal healing energy is flowing in through you and straight
into your heart, uplifting you, energizing you. And when you
see the orb of light in your heart as vibrant, vivid,

and sparkling, take your palms very slowly, very peacefully, and
seal this in by placing them on your heart, one

access to at any moment. And let your awareness drift
to anywhere in your body that has been feeling any disease,
any discomfort. And let your palms, still glittering with the

white light, gently reside on this area. If there are
multiple areas, you may always do this again another time,
but for now, start with what is most pressing. If
you cannot reach this area, just envision your palms sending

the light all the way down to this area. You
don't have to actually touch it. You can use your
imagination to see the white light or to just sense
the light. If you cannot see it, you can sense

or see it traveling from your palms to the area
of your physical being that needs it most. Focus in
on the connection here, the connection between your palms and
this other area of your body. You may feel tingling

in both places or any other sensations, perhaps a pulsing.
Know that when you feel this, a connection has been
made and in your mind state or feel, I see

you as a whole, I see you as healthy. I
believe in your radiance. I believe in your well being.

Let your body feel that intention. Let your body open
up to receiving the self healing energy as you let
yourself belief fully in this moment, even if for only

this moment, you believe in your well being, believe in
your wholeness, believe in your health. How is the shift
that takes place when you believe this, even if for

only a moment, Let yourself send appreciation to yourself for
this healing energy. As you again place your palms on
