Begin by letting your body relax and bed, just noticing
the sweetness that comes with relaxing, the sweetness that comes
with acknowledging the peace and stillness as you are slowly awakening.
(00:26):
This is truly a magical time. You are more connected
to your inner guidance system. You are more able to
access deep wisdom within you. Let your breath becomes slow
(00:47):
and deep because you feel a sense of appreciation for
this morning, a sense of appreciation towards your body as
it awakens. Let your self revel and the beauty that
(01:08):
this moment is bringing you, and allow your body to
very slowly begin to come into a seated position, sitting
upright in your bed and letting your arms stretch upwards
(01:35):
and bringing them down. Feeling your spy and elongate, and
noticing any sensations occurring within your body. Just being aware
of how your body wakes up, being aware of how
your body returns to being fresh, awake, and rejuvenate it
(02:04):
after peaceful reath. As you feel your body coming back online,
reinconnecting to the waking world, you begin to feel a
sense of appreciation and you can stay out louder in
(02:29):
your mind. Thank you for this beautiful day. Feel enthusiasm
within you, an eagerness for the most beautiful day to begin.
(02:52):
And as you feel this, I acknowledge where in your
body this feeling lives. What part of your body expresses
an eagerness and enthusiasm for the day. Breathe deeply into
(03:13):
the sensation in your body, giving it even extra life
on the inhale. By every inhale that you send to
this area just gives more replenish energy to a feeling
(03:36):
of enthusiasm and freshness for the day. Allow your breath
to deepen even further, sending the air all the way
down to your lower abdomen. Feeling your stomach expand on
(03:58):
the inhale and contract on the exhale. Spend a few
moments focusing on the sensations that occur as you breathe
in deeply all the way into your lower abdomen, letting
(04:19):
it expand fully and completely, and exhaling by contracting your
abdomen and letting all of the air flow back out.
Just spend several breaths completely focusing on the sensations that
(04:39):
occur in your body. As you do this, really let
(05:11):
every ounce of air leave your body on the exhale,
taking in every sip of air that you can on
the inhale, letting each inhale nourish you, replenish your energy,
(05:32):
and let every exhale release stagnant or stuck energy. And
(05:58):
now direct your breath words into your chest on every inhale,
feeling your rib cage expand, and on every exhale, letting
it contract. What shifts in sensations? Do you notice when
(06:20):
you switch your breath from your lower abdomen to your
upper rib gage. Typically, when we breathe through our abdomen,
we allow our bodies to trigger a calming response, And
when we breathe in through our chest, letting our rib
(06:42):
gage expand, we trigger a response that requires our bodies
to create more energy. Do you notice this what's happening
inside of your body right now? How is this breath
(07:04):
creating more freshness within you, more vibrancy? Tune into that feeling.
Notice a sense of being rejuvenated, waking up, feeling fresh,
(07:29):
feeling ready for the beautiful day ahead of you. Keep
breathing in through your rib cage, letting your energy rise
and build as you feel even more appreciation for this
(07:50):
very moment, for not only the day ahead of you,
but for the entire week that lies ahead. This is
your life, and in this moment, you are breathing more life, words,
(08:12):
more positivity, more rejuvenation into your body, into your mind,
and into your heart, preparing you to have the most
beautiful day and the most beautiful week ahead. Notice how
(08:33):
good it feels to be doing this, Notice how ready
you feel to experience a good day. Let yourself affirm
out louder in your mind. I am ready for a
good day. I welcome in a good day. I am
(09:03):
ready for a good week. I welcome in a good week.

When you are ready, exhale with a long, audible sigh,
(09:24):
beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes, roll in your shoulders,
and when you are ready, take this refreshed and rejuvenated
feeling with you as you open your eyes to the
room around you, Ready for a beautiful day. Well, Hello,
