the sweetness that comes with relaxing, the sweetness that comes
with acknowledging the peace and stillness as you are slowly awakening.

access deep wisdom within you. Let your breath becomes slow

this morning, a sense of appreciation towards your body as

when we breathe in through our chest, letting our rib
