Morning meditation. Begin this meditation immediately upon awakening, sitting up
straight and bringing your palms into your lap, facing upwards,
and whenever you're ready, softly close your eyes. Begin by

stomach expand completely, and hold your breath at the top.
Notice your body a waking up, and when you're ready,
ax hell with a long audible sigh, perhaps even yawning

holding the breath at the top, and whenever it feels
right to you, ax with a sigh, and at the

the bottom of that breath, just returned to breathing at
a pace that is comfortable for you, allowing your inhales

bring your awareness to your sip bones, feeling yourself anchored
into the earth, and begin to imagine a golden ball

of glowing light like energy from the sun, radiating up
from beneath you, rising up through the base of your spine,
flowing up through your torso. End your heart head and

see this golden light filling your body up completely from
the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet.
Feel yourself glowing and radiating the light like that of
the sun. Notice how rich and rewarding this energy feels

as you begin to feel deep appreciation for another beautiful day,
being open, willing, and ready to experience a day that
is of your highest, most loving good. Feel yourself right now,

ready to experience a day, not just going through all
the motions, but actually feeling the day, living the day
with your heart. Feel the radiance flowing within and around you,

and trust to know that in this moment, you are
exactly where you are meant to be. Take a moment
to set the intention to simply receive love from the universe,
focusing on the energy center of your heart, located in

the middle of your chest and a couple inches inwards.
Let this love flow to you as you remain open
to receive. Keep breathing with your inhales equal to your exhales,

as you continue to welcome love and filling yourself up.

There is an infinite well of love from the universe
all around you, and in this moment, you just continue
to allow it to pour are into your being, feeling
it enter into every cell. There's nothing you need to
do for this besides being open and relaxing into it.
As you feel yourself filling up. And as you relax

into the love all around you, and you feel yourself
filling up completely with universal love, you begin to feel
an eagerness and excitement to go about your day. Allow
yourself to see various aspects of your day and allow

this universal love to flood into these areas ahead of you,
filling these areas with love before you even go there,
so that not only are you completely full of universal love,
but every single place that you will go to today

also is filled with love. You may even feel called
to see this as white light or soft pink light.
Allow this love to flow into every corner of your
(08:06):
life and see it continue to flow into the lives
of your loved ones. And take this feeling of being
(08:33):
full of radiance surrounded by love, and allow yourself to
set an intention in your heart, intend that your day
may flow in the highest, most loving way while you
stay connected to this love within and around you. Take

this intention with you as you slowly begin to bring
your energy back up by taking a deep breath in
letting your rib cage expand completely, and exhaling with a
sigh or a yawn, rolling your shoulders, wiggling your fingers

and your toes, and whenever you're ready, take this love
with you as you open your eyes back to the
room around you and go about the rest of your day.
