Welcome to this guided meditation session. Just be you. Go
ahead and find a comfortable and quiet space where you
can relax and let go allow yourself this time to

connect with your inner self, to heal and to find
self love and self care. Today we will utilize affirmations
and positive self talk. Let's begin by sitting in a
(01:02):
comfortable position, either on a chair or cross legged on
the floor or on a pillow, and find that comfortable position.
If you like, gently close your eyes. You can also
(01:24):
softly focus your gaze across the room. Just do whatever
feels right and just start to bring focus to your breath,
taking natural breaths, feeling that airror movement in through your
(01:49):
nose and out through your mouth. If you like, Every
once in a while, feel free to take a deeper,
fuller breath in and out, just letting stress intension in

your muscles, relax using that breath focus to keep you
grounded in the present and your whole body more and
more relaxed and comfortable with each breath. And as you

continue this natural breathing process, focusing on that breath and
relaxing the body, we will shift focus of this session
to embracing and loving yourself unconditionally in a world that

constantly demands so much. This is your time to go
easy on yourself, to show kindness and compassion to your
own being. And how easy it can be to forget

about ourselves with so much else to deal with. And
as you welcome in this peace and presence, this self life,

begin to imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, soothing light.
Think about what color you want this s glow to be,
maybe a bright orange or a deep blue. Feel this
(04:27):
light radiate off of you. This light is a reflection
of your own inner light, what makes you uniquely you,
your authentic self. And with each breath in and out,

and imagine this glowing light expanding little by little, starting
to fill up the space that you are in. And now,
(05:24):
as you are feeling so calm, present, comfortable, and safe,
let's repeat some affirmations together. You can either silently repeat
them in your mind, or feel free to say them
(05:48):
softly out loud. Just deeply feel the truth behind each
affirmation as you say that, and we will start them now.

I am worthy of love and acceptance. I forgive myself
for past mistakes. I let go of the need to
(06:43):
compare myself to others. I am deserving of happiness and peace.

I am patient with myself. I will radiate positivity. I
(07:41):
am grateful for my journey fantastic. Those are affirmations. Just
(08:03):
feel the power of these affirmations resonating within you, like
ripples of positivity spreading throughout your entire body. Worthy of love,
forgiving yourself, deserving of happiness, positive and grateful. And now, lastly,

as you continue to keep your focus on that natural breathing,
shift your focus to the very center of yourself, near
to your chest and heart. Visualize that warm glow directly
(09:09):
in the middle of you again, glowing brighter with each
and every breath. And as this light expands, it brings
your entire mind and body a deep feeling of love
(09:30):
and healing energy. Imagine any negative thoughts that come about
or difficult emotions as clouds drifting across the sky, acknowledge
(09:53):
their presence, but then watch them gently float away, not
letting them become you, leaving behind a clear and serene sky.

Take these moments just to express gratitude to yourself. Thank
yourself for taking this time today, for dedicating time to
your well being. You are making an investment in your

own inner peace. This can bring you more joy, more contentment,
and better connections with those around you. And so as
you still continue that focus on your breath, maintain that

awareness and presence and just feel free to slowly open
your eyes, feel free to bring yourself back into this
day or night. Then just prepare yourself in these next

few minutes as the ambient music continues, prepare yourself to
go back and continue on to the next thing. Remember
that this meditation is always here for you whenever you

need a moment of self love and healing, a reminder
that you are a fantastic person just as you are,
and you really can just be. You carry this positive

energy into the rest of your week and embrace the
