Meditation for connecting with your soulmate. Practice this meditation in
a comfortable position. Take a moment to adjust your set
bone so that they feel even on either side. If
you're sitting in a chair, allow your feet to be

that you are sitting tall and proud, and allow yourself
to open up your heart by rolling your shoulders back.

gently close your eyes. Allow yourself to focus on your breath,

the breath, feeling your stomach contract. Throughout the course of
this meditation, might your breath be intentional, really allowing yourself

to fully breathe in on every inhale, offering nourishment to
your body and your soul, and fully releasing on every
exhale possible. Allow each inhale to equal the length of

each exhale. This creates a beautiful rhythm and pattern, and
as you breathe, allow yourself to focus on the energy
center of your heart, located in the middle of your

allow yourself to feel open, willing and ready, open willing

and ready to accept, to open up to your soul's
high love, that soul match that incarnated in this life
with you, your soulmate. Allow yourself to envision that you

are seated on top of a hill. There are no
trees around you. As far as your eyes can see,
there is nothing but rolling hills full of soft, lush grass.

And because there are no trees, you can see all
the way out to the horizon. Looking out at the
hill symbolizes the ups and downs you've been through in
your life that have led you to where you are now.
In this moment, you are ready and open to connect

with your soulmate. Allow yourself to feel grateful for all
the ups and downs you've been through that have led
you to this moment. As you feel the readiness inside you,
allow yourself to open up to connecting with your soulmate.

Recognize that they might not be ready, they might not
be the place that you are. Allow yourself to say
to them, I love and accept you, I welcome you
in whenever you're ready, allow yourself to take a very

long deep in hell, and whenever you're ready, let the
breath go with a sigh as you release your attachment
to needing them to be here right now. True love
and exceptance for your soulmate allows them to be on

their own timeline, just as you have been on yours.
And this openness, this patience, this love for them wherever
they are in their journey allows you to be a
magnet attracting them in the perfect timeline. You allow yourself

to be open without being controlling. This allows you to
be an energetic match for everything to work out in
the highest, most loving way. And even though they are

not here with you now, allow yourself to relax into
their love. Just feeling the energetic presence, noticing how it
feels within you, noticing how it may alter your energy

may uplift you even more. What do you feel capable
of in their presence? Trust to know that, even when
they are not with you in the physical, that you

can connect with their energy, feel their love, and offer
them love. You can feel the way you want to
feel with them around long before you ever are near
them in the physical. Quite often, it's as soon as

you let go of needing them to be there with
you and you can just love them for wherever they
are and whatever they're doing, the timelines speed up and
you come into each other's lives. But at first it
all starts with loving and accepting them no matter what

their timeline is, letting them be free to be them,
not trying to force or control them to be here
with you now, instead simply enjoying the fact that you
know they are out there, You know you are both

going through whatever you need to go through, so that
you may meet in the perfect timing. For the next
few moments, just send appreciation to them wherever they are,
whatever they're doing, saying in your heart, I love and

accept you, I appreciate you. I know we will meet
when the timing is right. Take this feeling of love,

acceptance and appreciation with you and letting them be whatever
they'll be on whatever timeline is meant to be. As
