Having meditation for receiving guidance. Begin by sitting in a
comfortable position, taking a moment to adjust your spine so
that you are sitting tall, letting your palms rest open

in your lap, and gently closing your eyes if it
is comfortable for you to do so. While your eyes
are closed, let your gaze rise up in between your
eyebrows and about half an inch up. If this is

not comfortable for you to do, just focus your awareness
on this area of your body, the area of your
forehead in between your eyebrows and just half an inch up. Also,
let your awareness go approximately one inch inwards so that

it's not directly on the surface of your forehead. Just
let your awareness rest here as you declare within you
an openness and a willingness to receive guidance. Begin to

receive a sense of soft violet light entering in, like
gentle smoke, surrounding the room you are in, completely encompassing you.

Then watch as this transmutes any energy that is no
longer serving, cleansing and uplifting all the space around you.

And now that violet light begins to enter into you,
feel it entering in through your skin, cleansing and clearing
your organs, priming you and preparing you to be a

vessel for receiving love and guidance. It's important when we
open up to receive guidance that we intend to only
open up for the highest love, light, truth, and compassion.

So we take a few more breaths, clearing out anything
that doesn't serve to prepare our vessel, our body, our mind,
and our heart to receive. You may begin to feel

a clearing and uplifting, an eagerness, and a readiness to receive.
And before we completely open to receive, we set yet
another intention to be protected so that only love may

enter in. You may visualize a protective shield of a
soap bubble like light all around you, iridescent, transparent, in

the space only love may enter in and only love
may exit out. What you receive in the space can
be trusted to be of the highest love and light,

and you'll be able to know by how it feels
inside you. If it feels loving and kind, you can
trust the guidance that you receive. And if at any
point during this process the guidance you receive does not

feel loving, just return to seeing the violet light cleansing
and clearing the space. Now that you have prepared yourself,
imagine that you're standing in a wide open field, still

surrounded by your transparent iridescent shield of light, and often
the distance, you begin to see an animal. What is
this animal? What features or details do you notice? How

does it make you feel? Let this animal come up
towards you, their features becoming more clear, the feelings they

(06:26):
bring out in you becoming stronger, and you take a
moment to connect with them. As they get close. You
may see this as white light flowing from your heart
to theirs, and from theirs to yours as you ask

what message do you have for me? Welcome in any
thoughts or emotions or images and say thank you. This

animal represents something about yourself and offers guidance to you today. Furthermore,
this practice helped you open up to being comfortable to receiving.
So now that you are in a state of receiving,

let yourself open up to guidance from universe, anything that
you are desiring to receive guidance from. It could even
be from your own intuition. And just spend several moments

welcoming in thoughts, feelings, images, and as long as it
feels good, trust what you see, feel, or think. Now,

take a moment to express gratitude for all of the
guidance you have received, and set the intention to stay
connected to your ability to receive guidance all throughout the day.

light around you as you slowly begin to bring your
