by sitting up straight. If you're still in bed, you
can stay there if you've already gotten out of bed,

emotions this morning. What within you feels good emotionally and
where does that emotion live? Keep exploring, Just stay present

and where they live in your body. It's a practice
that will serve you all throughout the rest of your day,
and by focusing on it, you send signals that you
desire more of those good feelings. For what we focus

on growth. This is why being mindful of where your
body feels good, what emotions feel good, within you is
so useful as a practice for starting your day. In fact,

now you may even start to feel grateful to yourself
for doing this practice of mindfulness. And as you feel grateful,
be mindful of where the feeling of gratitude exists within
you and breathe into it. Be aware of it, and

stay present with it. If your awareness has drifted, bring

it back to your physical body and begin to send
signals to your body that it is time to wake
up and re energize. Stay present with your body as

you feel it waking up, noticing how it feels as
energy builds and excitement for the day begins to flow
