Speaker 1 (00:00):
Gratitude meditation. Begin this meditation in a position that is
comfortable for you if desired, you can even practice this
one while taking a walk. Whatever you're doing, just make
sure to be present in your body, breathing and softly
(00:26):
and gently, really releasing on every axe hail, letting your
stomach be soft as you breathe, and letting your awareness
rest in the center of your chest and a couple
(00:50):
of inches inwards. This is the energetic center of your heart.
In this space, imagine an orb of soft pink light.
Feel it resting gently in this area, and imagine your
(01:17):
breath flowing into the space and flowing out from the
space on every ax hill, breathing into your heart and
exhaling from your heart. And as you do this, we
(01:44):
begin to build the muscle of feeling and experiencing gratitude.
While you can indeed feel gratitude in every single area
of your body, starting with the heart, it's a powerful
way to begin with your focus on your heart. Just
(02:10):
allow yourself to simply bring to mind something in your
life that brings you great joy. Whether it's a person,
a job, or something even as simple as a song
or a movie. It doesn't matter what it is just
(02:34):
allow yourself to bring to mind something that really makes
you feel so appreciative of its existence. And as you
breathe in and out from your heart, notice what happens
(02:55):
in this energy center as you focus on that gratitude.
Continue to build this feeling by thinking more and more
about why you are grateful for whatever it is you
are currently thinking about, and what does it do for you,
(03:22):
How does it serve you in what ways does it
really light you up? And on your next exhale, feel
this gratitude expanding from your heart down into your arms,
(03:47):
breathing in more love and gratitude on the inhale and
on the exhale of feeling it now spread up into
your neck and face, breathing into your heart, and as
you exhale, feel the gratitude spread into your abdomen and
(04:09):
chest again breathing in gratitude and exhaling it down through
your hips and legs, feeling your whole body full of gratitude,
from the top of your head to the soles of
(04:30):
your feet. You can feel your cells invigorated. Perhaps they
feel as though they are vibrating more. You indeed, uplift
your vibration when you focus on the gratitude in your
heart and in your body, feeling this gratitude in every
(04:56):
cell and in every single space within the cell. And
as this feeling grows, allow yourself to think about this
very moment, letting gratitude feel you simply for being alive
(05:17):
right now, for the air you are breathing, the world
you are living, in, the life you are leading, letting
(05:43):
the gratitude grow and expand as you focus on your
physical body, recalling reasons to be grateful for your physical form.
Spend a few moments and exploring why you are grateful
(06:03):
for your body, and letting this feeling of gratitude grow
(06:30):
and now expanding, feeling grateful for all those who are
in your life, for they all serve some purpose. And
indeed you are where you are meant to be. The
people in your life are meant to be here for
(06:52):
some reason, So appreciate them now, not only those those
you love and easily can appreciate, but also those who
may give you perceived challenges. They are serving you too.
(07:13):
Be grateful for them now, being grateful for your entire life, now,
(07:36):
the fact that you were born, the situations you were
born into, whether you perceive them as good or bad,
knowing they served you in some way, and now feeling
(08:03):
grateful for all the events that have unfolded that led
you to this very moment. How powerful it is to
appreciate where you are right now and all that life
(08:24):
is offering you for the next view and breath. Simply
feel gratitude. Take this feeling with you as you go
(09:16):
about the rest of your day, staying connected into this
deep feeling of appreciation, Feeling it in your body and
in your heart. As you slowly begin to bring your
awareness back to the room around you, opening your eyes
(09:41):
whenever you are ready, m
