a short meditation session to remind ourselves of one very
important fact. You matter. Your life has great value, and

you deserve peace and comfort every day. Allow yourself to
relax your entire body get comfortable by either sitting on

a pillow upright in a chair, or you can also
sit on a bed wherever you are. Just do your
best to keep yourself upright and your body alert yet comfortable.

If you like, you can close your eyes or just
soften your gaze, and as you focus on your breath
inhale and exhale slowly yet naturally, feeling the warmth of

peace and presence every time you feel that airflow in
and out. And as you breathe, focus on the sensations

of the air movement in and out of your body,
feel the room and space around you, Enjoy every little detail,

and just allow yourself to be present, right here and
right now. Remember this thought, you matter. If you like,

repeat this to yourself silently, over and over. I matter.

in this world. Yes, you matter. Take a few moments

You can think about the people who love and care
about you. Think about the things that you are really
good at. Think about the positive impact that you have

on the world and the positive impact you can continue
to make into the future. If you feel lost or
unsure of yourself, know that it is okay. Know that

you can work to clarify your path forward. But it
all starts with recognizing your own value and self worth.
Find a centeredness within you each and every day. Remind

yourself of how much you truly do matter. Now we
will finish this session with some brief affirmation statements. I

either out loud or in your head. These are just
five simple statements, and I will start them now. I
