Using is excellent interview skills, G.K. has Dave first explain what ATC stands for and then has Dave explain his personal connection as Army Air Traffic Controller and how it molded his leadership style and skills.
Dave explains how walking with Christ gave clarity to those experiences, and that the goal was not just to write a memoir, but also a roadmap for leaders.
Coming upon is one year anniversary of retiring from active duty and civil military service, Dave wanted to leave a legacy and tie it into our current culture's need for leader with moral courage.
At the end, Dave gets a little choked up thanking G.K. for all he has meant to Dave's life, not just the podcast journey, but also their personal friendship.
