Martin Schminkey currently serves as Senior Pastor in a small rural church in Independence, IA. He has pastored for the last fifteen years, and served as Area Pastor to Foursquare churches in the state of Iowa for the last ten years. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Camp Hickory (Ingleside, IL) and has a passion to see the next generation experience the love of Jesus firsthand.
Marty and his wife Jaleda, have been married thirty four years, have five children and thirteen grandchildren with one more due in a couple of months. They enjoy camping, boating, and family gatherings. Together, they just completed training to become volunteer responders for Foursquare Disaster Relief.
When Marty is not with his wife or at work he can be found on his Harley or hunting and fishing with friends.
