Are you ready to explore thewide, open plains of the
Serengeti, where lions prowl,zebras gallop and the sky is as
big as your dreams?
Let's find a comfy spot to sitor lie down, stretch your arms

like the tall giraffes, wiggleyour toes like little hoof
prints in the grass and gentlyclose your eyes.
Let's take a deep breath in anda soft breath out as we begin
our journey to the Serengeti.
Let's breathe like the softwind that moves through the

Serengeti.
Breathe in deeply like thebreeze rustling through the
golden grass.
Now breathe out like the windwhistling gently between the
trees.
Let's try that again.
Breathe in filling your lungswith the scent of wildflowers

and earth, and breathe outfeeling your body relax like a
leaf floating on the wind.
Feel yourself becoming calm andfree, just like the animals in
the wild.
Imagine you're standing at theedge of a great grassy plain.

The land stretches out as faras you can see, with acacia
trees dotting the horizon andmountains shimmering in the
distance.
You feel the warm sun on yourface and hear the gentle swish

of grass as a breeze dancesaround you.
As a breeze dances around youIn the distance, a herd of
elephants is slowly movingacross the plain, their giant
ears flapping as they walk.
You can see a baby elephant,small and wobbly, walking close

to his mother.
Nearby, a group of zebras graze, their black and white stripes
flickering like magic in thegolden grass.
One zebra lifts its head andlooks at you, ears flickering

curiously before returning tonibbling the grass.
You start walking across theSerengeti.
The grass is tall and soft,brushing against your legs as
you walk, a giraffe stretchesits long neck to reach the green
leaves of an acacia tree andgazelles leap and play nearby,
their slender legs moving sofast they look like they're

flying.
You hear the call of birdsoverhead, bright blue and yellow
birds with feathers thatshimmer in the sun.
A little bird perches on agiraffe's back, singing a

cheerful tune.
In the distance you spot a lionresting under a tree, its
golden mane glowing in thesunlight.
The lion watches quietly, itstail flickering back and forth,
but it looks peaceful and calm.
Now, as we settle in, we listento the music of the Serengeti.

You hear the deep rumbling ofdistant wildebeests, the soft
whisper of the wind through thetall grass, the chirps and calls
of colorful birds and thegentle trumpet of elephants.
Each sound feels like a song ofthe water, telling the story of

a land full of life and wonder.
Take a deep breath in and, asyou breathe out, imagine
yourself becoming part of theSerengeti.
Your breath moves like the softwind over the plains.

Your heart beats like thedistant drums of hoofs on the
grass.
Your body feels strong and freelike the animals of Africa.
You are brave, you are wild.
You are filled with the magicof the Serengeti.

As the sun begins to set, thesky is painted with shades of
orange and pink, and it's timeto return.
You walk back through the tallgrass, hearing the animals
settling down for the night.
The zebras huddle together, thezebras huddle together, the

elephants stand close and thelion gives a long, sleepy yawn.
Looking back, one last time,you know that the Serengeti will
always be here, waiting for youto visit again.
Take one last deep breath inand gently let it out.
Wiggle your fingers, wiggleyour toes and stretch your arms

out like the grassy plains ofthe Serengeti.
You did it.
You just traveled to theSerengeti.

Well, that concludes our trip for today at the
Serengeti, but before we finish,let me share some fun facts
about this magnificent location.
The Serengeti is home to thebiggest animal migration in the
world.
Every year, more than a millionwildebeests and thousands of
zebras move across the plains tofind fresh grass and water.

Imagine how noisy and excitingthat must be.
The word Serengeti actuallymeans the endless plains, and
when you look around it reallydoes feel like the land
stretches on forever.
Some of the animals here, likethe cheetah, can run faster than
a car on a highway, up to 70miles per hour.

And the Serengeti is also hometo over 500 types of birds, each
with its own colorful feathersand songs.
And here's some other fun factsSome of the trees in the
Serengeti can live for thousandsof years.
